Actually my case and a lot of paper works refered and explained clearly from Bristol citizen advice to Birmingham via email and phone conversations by professional officer in Bristol who called Birmingham to explain every thing.then after 6 month a lady called me and ask that how I can help?this lady was the same lady in Birmingham citizen advice who received all informations by call and email from bristol as she told me but she was talking look like she knows nothing.again i explained and she had to call me to assist.never they get back to me and all the paper works left and unfinished.if this is a good organisation to support people I wonder how the corrupt agencies etc...rapping people and ordinary people.this country on base of what I saw and experienced don't look Great.bad.

Absolute nightmare to get to if you don't know the area. Was lucky enough to get parking opposite but the meter was broken so had to download an app to pay. Dont think there's any allocated parking but there are parking lots nearby. Got seen really quickly dispite being 15 minutes late and was really happy with the service provided.

Loosing a land mark service here. Public loosing confidence in Birmingham legal systems. Just watch the faces in and out of the lower floor building entrance.
Other offices upstairs they seem a bit smelly carpet like urinated floors these are not to be confused with the good service these people bring mostly free to everyone in the city.

Luke helped me sort out some financial problems with my IVA. Very good service and effiencent. Corrensponce was up today and he also called me for feedback to see if everything was ok. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend your services.

Good service and lots of help but I was going to give this a 5 star but there was one big incident with a customer who was like kind of aggressive in the way and at the time I felt a little unsafe but at least there was lots of staff there to help and to get involved and more people to help to make you feel even much more safer.

Went there to get some advice was told that I needed to make a appointment was told that I could use there phone in a little room so I did that and spoke to a helpful lady who come down from her office and spoke to me in person and a couple of days later she phoned to me up to tell me what I needed to do.

Make sure you are bright and early. At 8.30am doors opens and then another serial starts. Regardless of the fact I've waited since 7.00am that doesn't matter, it's who fills up the form fastest that get seen quicker. The lady at reception goes through a lot but still remains professional. Expect to be leaving at around 12pm. Apart from this, it's all OK.

My experience with this CAB,was very good. Helpful advice over the phone, and an appointment booked;although I had to wait over two weeks, still excellent. Friendly staff,efficient and effective advice. (Rooms could be a bit closer to the reception, especially for disabled people. All in all a positive contribution to my concern. Definitely use again, and recommend.

On a personal basis they have been really good. Helped me fill in forms etc. On an waiting/appointment level I'd give a 1. Reason for this is. You have to be there for at least 7.30am to make sure you are one of the 30/50 seen by time doors the day starts at 9am. You can't make appointments on the phone anymore, so for people like myself who are disabled an can't stand for long, it's painful, as there is no where to sit. I feel they need to reconsider this in certain circumstances!

They don't answer the phone & keep you on hold bouncing around their automated telephone system until you eventually hang up. You also cannot walk in an make an appointment. You have to call!
I sat in reception and called "upstairs".
Still couldn't get an appointment. Was told I'd get a call back. It's already been 3 days later.

Just surviving with the government's stranglehold. Staff do their best to help. These days you have to book an appointment though. Slightly difficult to access even though there is a wheelchair lift on site. Outer doors give a problem, as they are narrow. Assist needed.

The right place to find help, staff are friendly and well informed. I hope the government can give CAB enough fund . Because there're volunerable people in our community in Birmingham need help and struggling with system complications with out( CAT) Staff support, they will suffer a lot .

10 minutes of giving them my details... including my health condition, relationship status etc... no advice so far, not even interested what kind of help I need. Just collecting data...

I think here I get help after the unfortunate money incident in Bull ring area .
Staff efficient in take over the compliance ; 5 months already and nothing follow to my complain ...it was just money !
