The NEW Star Wars The Old Republic, content is REALLY GOOD. I am IMPRESSED. It earned a 1 star to 5 star flip! I just wish your studio could keep writing and patching for new story development every 4 to 6 weeks.I really would like to have ANOTHER expansion available for purchase.

The password and verification system needs to just go back to the original system. Going and logging into an email or having to use an authentication is absurd. Let alone the password requirements. NOBODY uses capital letters in their passwords!!

The CLIENT needs some serious work. People need to be able to adjust their download speed and you need a client that does NOT over-use the computer resource pool to update. It nearly maxes out the processor power of the computer. Right now Star Wars has a TON of momentum because of the films. It is a great hook that you should be latching onto and run with it.

Let's face it. There are some VERY serious oversights such as Monthly premium prices being too high, PVP and PVE armor sets aren't really there and the price for a player to expand their own in-game apartment is TOO expensive.

With the last suggestions of DEFAULT game-load resolution is BAD and Field of View of the camera behind the Character having it's only adjustments being changeable via the game's actual text files.... It needs some work. Other than that its a good game.

their lack of compatibility of their massive mass effect series to not have controller support for PC has lost them 4 stars. especially considering how easy it should be to do versus how much of my money they have of mine. Fix it and you can have your 4 stars back.

I'm a partial deaf player who has been trying to get a simple account issue dealt with for 3 years with their Austin office while also contacting their Edmonton branch after never hearing a word from them. It would be a two second fix but neither Bioware office refuses to discuss the matter with me. They direct me to their phone support when I send them an email but when I call phone support, they refuse to take my call since I have to use a relay service. Emails to their Edmonton corporate office have been ignored.
