They land quickly, no parking, but the snap is not far away.

Expect a lot for loading, 6 _7 hours.Place for parking max.4 trucks in the yard.Embarrassing!

From a truck drivers point of view. This is a god awful place to collect from. Staff can be rude and unhelpful, especially if you turn up around their 10am tea break. They'll keep you waiting for hours and offer no time frame which can mess up your whole collection/delivery schedule for the day. There are no driver facilities at all.

Fast loading with notification also does not make sense to arrive earlier in the parking lot for max 3 cars

Horrible environment. The operations manager, Steve Harris, is both lazy and neglectful, flagrantly ignoring warehouse health and safety procedures, regularly stopping to have meetings on forklift only allocated areas of the warehouse. I reported a supervisor for being verbally abusive, having swore at me for asking a simple question, and his solution was to sit us both down together without any kind of investigation and ask if I wanted to make a complaint? Having reported the incident to both the day shift supervisor and also my immediate supervisor (who was actually in an 'acting supervisor' position, covering my main supervisor whilst on holiday) I felt I had made it clear already, siting witnesses of the incident and all other relevant details. As the 'sit down' continued, I made the point that the behaviour was completely unprofessional connoting gross misconduct. Mr Harris immediately cut me down denying such and when I suggested he do some reading on the matter, cut me down again making it very clear I did not have his support, and being an agency worker, I could see that this situation was not going to be taken seriously.
