I've been with bios since 2014 . I love my job and love what I do. I ABSOLUTELY HATE PAPERWORK..which is why I love bios even more. Everything is done online. No more faxing paperwork in at the end of the month. Taking care of adults with disabilities is a blessing and reward that I get paid to do. There is always a need which means u can work as little or as much as you want.. I made 58,000 dollars last year. The IRS SEND ME THANK U CARDS EVERY YEAR
Getting charged for services and not getting the services we are charged with. Employees have negative attitudes and pass the buck back on each other like a childish game. Seems to be zero training for staff and absolutely no compassion for the residents serviced. Don't waist your money!!! Out sorce with a company that will do something unstated of continuing to make poor excuses for there poor service.

ONCE U ARE FULLY TRAINED ITS XGAMES MODE. you can work 40 hours a week or 140 its your choice. supportive staff and management. If u don't succeed at bios its by choice Jeremy will have your back when things get rough and Martin will back u up when the job gets tough. You are paid biweekly they have a special program that allows you to get paid up to 7 days early. THEY HAVE TWO AREA DIRECTORS HOWEVER IM A LITTLE BIASED AS JEREMY IS MY AD. ALISHA is the other AD and shes awesome also...
As a former employee I so not recommend this company for a lot of reasons but the main one being how my guys were treated and when I stepped forward to tell someone I got my hours cut and now a bad reference. I'd rather my loved ones be anywhere else
Clients are nice and friendly atmosphere.not enough pay.
I've worked for Bios for 20 years, and could not be prouder of this organization or the amazing employees who dedicate so much of their time and energy to supporting vulnerable people.
