This compony is a very good compony to work for. My son in law works for the compony and he s only spoke nothing but positive good things about it. Peter, (the owner of the compony) and Donna (HR manager), went over and beyond there call of duty to assist my daughter and son in law in a personal matter at which they needed help and they (Peter and Donna) where so compassionate and helpful to them. It s very rare to hear of such kind and compassionate employers and co-workers in the work force anymore.
The pay is decent, but not worth the abuse. The owner is often angry, the GM is incompetent, where she acts like your best friend and supports you, the next day you are stabbed in the back. Never trust her. The work is tough, the products we make are great, but the turnover is really HIGH for a reason. Ownership has no clue how to manage a business and the person in charge is terrible. You want to ignore this opening until they rectify the leadership problems. Trust no one.
