This is a staple in our community and not to many businesses are out there anymore that offer this Hometown friendly Service as well as accommodating needs last minute. They deliver and they're friendly and when I used to take care of my father they were always extremely helpful with my only medication questions but doing anything and everything and going Beyond to make sure your experience is more than an experience and making you feel at home. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The community has a real affection for this business. I have heard countless stories of individuals and families who count on the caring and professional services of this place. For me...I agree, good people and great services creates trust, confidence, and comfort. My experiences at Bill's makes the tasks of being human, accessing health services, and needing medicine bearable when many times I would like to forget the whole mess.

This is by far the best family owned prescription center. They have medical grade items for those who need, They have OTC medications in all Varieties. They have beauty tools like: clippers, foot shavers, tweezers. and on top of that they compound their own medicine's. Such Incredible warm people!

Bill's has been a part of Brandon for over 50 years fur a good reason. Old fashioned service meets modern technology. I can remember getting medicine here as a child in the 70s and they still are as helpful as they were back then. Not many pharmacies do compounding any more, but Bill's still does.

The best pharmacy around, BY FAR. The vast amount of compassion, knowledge, and friendliness that the entire staff exudes is medicine in itself. As a "professional patient" it's a huge relief knowing my Rxs are in good hands at Bill's. From my family to yours, we can't thank each of you enough for how much you go out of your way to help us feel safe and cared about.

I wish i can give them a million stars i love everyone in that office, god bless them ! I went to the ER with a bad case of sciatic pains going down my left leg and my meds were sent to Walmart N i was unable to get out of bed to get my meds.. So i looked up pharmacies that deliver and they popped up ! I was told deliveries start at 1pm N i called them early when they opened ! Mary or Maria is her name (i forgot sorry) but she mustve heard the pain in my voice N they called Walmart to get my scripts transfer to them and once they received they got to it and delivered it right away !!! I was in soooo much pain N they came through for me !!! They deserve a million stars Thank you soooo much GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE N WILL FOREVER USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IF NEED BE

We started using this location upon referral from our Dr. They have good customer service and so far minor issues with transfering pharmacies. They have so far filled meds that are harder to fill at normal retail pharmacies on time and the owner John is great! I would give them fove stars but as of yet they haven't really gotten their internal communication together from what I can tell to be the slight issue with this pharmacy! And I do say slight issue because in the past other pharmacies have been horrible. I will update rating once I see the communication issues resolved.

Bills is the only pharmacy my family & I will ever use !! They love their customers and care so much about their well being. I've been going to them for over 3 years now. My husband just got out of the hospital after having partial foot amputation. He was told he needed to get a glucose meter, testing strips, as well as insulin. We were extremely concerned over pricing because he's been out of work for a few weeks now. Rob worked with us on getting the best prices and truly renewed our faith, that there are some truly caring people in the world !! God bless them.

I go to Bill's because the staff their staff are knowledgeable. They know what they are talking about and actually help you make good choices.

This has to be the best pharmacy in Tampa. Friendly staff that know where every item is located in the store. They fast and well versed in all their products. I no longer use CVS or Walgreens for medical supplies. If you haven t used their services you re missing out

Very nice staff, can be a little of a wait, I suggest having your doc call your scripts in and let them text you when they are done, super convenient!

Always have the medicines prescribed. I ve never had a problem at this pharmacy.

Walking into any pharmacy can be a little stressful. People are concerned with the medication they need isn't in stock or how the pharmacy staff will treat them just based on a medicine that was ordered by a doctor. I've never experienced any of that at Bill's. The owner, John goes over and above for all of his patients. I feel like the staff has become part of my family because I'm in there frequently getting my scripts filled.
I will never step into any other pharmacy other than Bill's even though I drive 25 minutes to the store. The customer service and concern is worth the extra drive. Keep it up guys. You rock!

Don't expect to get your meds quick. They take forever. Way past what they told me. Done with this place

I've been using Bill's pharmacy for a long time
Last month when I got my prescription I was actually short 11 of them they did correct the situation and apologize.
But lately their attitudes on a phone are very short I think it's time to move on to another pharmacy

Kudos to Bill he drove over an hour to deliver eye drops to my friend he was the only pharmacy that had these special eye drops that my friend needed at 9:00 p.m. Also made sure that she put it in correctly. Now that is customer service above and beyond.

Bill's customer service is awesome! I was supposed to get a brand name prescription from them and the copay was 290 dollars for 15 days worth of pills. They offered to compound it for me and I got it for 60 dollars for a 30 day supply. Their staff was super friendly and helpful. They are awesome!!!

She s mean! Woman, who it is that answers the phone has absolutely, zero bed side manners!
This pharmacy had called my phone twice, to state they needed a co pay ment in order to deliver my prescription to my doc office.
I ve never done business with a Bills Pharmacy, nor would I ever. My doctor chose. Nor would I ever give them numbers over the phone, for a payment.

Finally, I returned the call, only to be put on hold, actually she picked the phone up and set it there.
To her convenience she later answered my call.
She was very abrupt, made me feel worthless, and less than her. She than said that my prescription has been marked as delivered!
I told her before I hung up that she was mean.
I called the doctors to confirm delivery, they have yet to receive my prescription. I was also told this wasn t the first time she had been rude.
Just because a prescription has been marked as delivered, doesn t mean it actually was. It could still be on a shelf at the pharmacy some where. Sorry to inconvenience this person, but at least she gets paid!

I have used several drive through pharmacies in Brandon. I heard from my doctor Bills was a place to find medication when couldn t find at other pharmacies. She was right. I found Bills to be fast and the most friendly staff since I was a young girl. I am now changing all prescriptions in our family to Bills. So happy I found out about Bills. John took care of us like we were family, Im so impressed with them I don't know why people would go to any other pharmacy

They are so nice , not like the big brand brother across the street they all have what My meds what child is a issues always if I went to the others .

Don.t really deserve one star came here twice once last year for my husband and now me and the attitudes and willing not to be helpful was just unacceptable . Reminded me why I did't like this place.The only woman nice to me was the one clocking out .Just wondering if it was cause she was leaving. Just terrible customer service , no need to talk down to anyone , if YOU don"t have all the answers, THEY GIVEN U ATTITUDES AND like U have 3 heads, even before given them the paperwork "I DONT HAVE ALL THE INFO BUT AS SOON AS I LEAVE AND GET HOME I CAN CALL U DUE TO I LEFT MY PHONE AT HOME" once gave them attitude but was given it the whole time.

My family and I have been getting our meds here for years. John and Mary and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They also do compounding of your meds if you need that.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.They contacted the dr's office on my behalf and were able to have meds ready while I waited. You will NEVER get that kind of service from corporate box pharmacies!

Bills is 100 miles round trip and because of outstanding service and availability it is the only I have used in seventeen years.Not enough room for the number of stars they deserve.John Noriega the principal pharmacist is truly a caring gentleman.

I will not use another Phamacy unless it s a emergency. Bills pharmacy has taken care of me several times when I needed it most. They have a great staff that will always welcome you and in and make sure someone has helped you.

It's a Zoo of a Phamcany and anything beats Walgreens, in Bradenton go to Eckerds, they open back up new owner. They deliver for free!

I have used this pharmacy for 13 years, they are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! They make sure my son is never without his meds, even when there has been an issue with the insurance they make sure we have what we need. Wonderful place!

These guys are just plain special in the pharmaceutical industry today! Everything from their supply to the quickness of both filling and ordering prescriptions (orders almost always come in the very next day) is top notch and John, Mary and the rest are all friendly and courteous in every transaction - even those often made difficult by the strict legalities Florida has implemented and those frustrating situations where many (perhaps most) other pharmacists/cies look down upon you or treat you as though you ought to feel some sort of shame for your medical concerns - nevermind their livelihood depending upon your prescription needs or the fact that a pharmacist's job is NOT to make treatment of illness into a more difficult and insulting occurrence. At Bill's this simply DOES NOT occur (at least I have never seen anyone be mistreated, and it only takes 30 minutes of waiting in most other pharmacies to catch a sniveling _$$_ |e mistreat a patient unfairly. Having been fighting late-stage Cancer for 5 years now, and even after moving to the westernmost section of Pinellas county, I still go all the way over to Bill's first for EVERY Rx I get written for a multitude of reasons and I recommend everybody do likewise. The key words here are kindness, professionalism, service and convenience. You simply will not find a comparable level of service at any pharmacy anywhere, and I have dealt with more than enough to confirm that sentiment. Thank you all, Bill's Prescription Center staff!!!

I visited Brandon Brace for two knee braces. The staff was so polite and helpful! The lady behind the desk was very attentive and allowed me to try on several braces and different sizes until I found the ones that worked best.

After a month long hospital stay I left the hospital with a couple of long term prescriptions. They were impossible to find. A friend recommended Bill's and not only did they have all of my prescriptions in stock, they also take my insurance. Bill's has the fastest service, by far the best professional and friendly staff, AND the absolute BEST prices around. They have my family's business forever. Thank you.

10 STAR! super quik same day service. walgreens and cvs are fired. they couldnt come close to doing what Bill's did in hours.

Owner of the store is a jerk. Doesn't help or treat people kindly. Will not use this store again. Sad for the employees...they were walking behind him apologizing for his actions. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

After constantly receiving poor customer service I transferred my scripts to CVS... and Bill's sent the wrong information over. I've now been dealing with insurance and pharmacy issues that have caused me to not get my medicine as needed. CVS says that Bill's tends to do this when customers transfer away... ugh.

We went to another pharmacy and they would not help us or fill our prescription. Bill's helped us with everything we needed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place to anyone. There are lots of other places to go but Bills is the best!

My son takes a medicine that's typically not readily available at other pharmacies and a friend recommended Bill's...passed it a million times and never even noticed it! Super fast and friendly service! One time we were waiting to have his scripts filled and he was fixated on these little light-up lamps they had...turning them on and off a million times while we waited. An older gentleman must've noticed his fixation and my repeated attempts to encourage him to stop...he actually came over and asked my son if he would like to have it! When my son let him know he had brother, too, he let him choose another to take home! So often, kids that have special needs are perceived as ill-mannered...I appreciated the fact that he was caring enough to quell my anxiety about the situation while gifting my son with an item that continues to soothe him...by turning it off and on incessantly !!!!

I called this pharmacy about three years ago after my doctor recommended it after the big chain couldn't get me the medicine I needed. I moved from the area and still drive 40 minutes to get my monthly prescription. I love the service and the people here.
