I had Scrip that had a low co pay, Jason found it had expired .He did not give up. He went to Google to search the Manufacture and found a current offer with a Zero co pay ! John & Mary your staff is the best.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received. My daughter went in with an injured arm, and needed a sling. We called ahead to see if they had pediatric ones and they did. We went right up there, and they went to the back to get it. They helped fit it and were so very kind and friendly with us and our daughter. Leaving the store, my four year old said "I really like that place, I want to come back again. They are my friends." Hopefully there is no need to go back...haha however, if any family member needs any braces or other in the future, I will definitely re-visit.

We have a 40 year old daughter with severe cerebral palsy. She requires multiple medications as well as her food supplement which is administered thru a feeding tube. Thru the years we have tried all of the major franchise pharmacies, only to be disappointed & let down & treated poorly. Then we discovered Bill's Prescription Center. Every employee is always kind, considerate, and caring. This is a family owned & operated pharmacy that treats you like family. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacist named "Zack". If you have special needs or concerns, give Zack a call. He will personally answer any and all of your questions and never be condescending or annoyed. We all need a trustworthy doctor, dentist, auto mechanic, & pharmacist. Bill's Prescription Center is the only pharmacy I trust. They really do care!
I had a terrible, terrible experience with Walgreens refusing to fill one of my prescriptions. My doctor highly recommended I go and fill it at Bill's. Sure enough, they filled the prescription within 10 minutes, and did so with a smile. Within the week, I transferred ALL my prescriptions to Bill's, and I haven't regretted the decision. They are always so courteous, very kind, helpful, and communicative. And the fact that they deliver my prescriptions helps with them being a bit out of my way unless my partner is working (as she works near Bill's). All in all, I cannot recommend Bill's and their staff any more than I do, and I've recommended them to my family and local friends every time someone asks 'What pharmacy do you go to?' :)
I have had Crohn's disease for 20 years now, among other ailments. I have filled at many different pharmacies, and I can confidently say this is the best one I have ever used.
Though they are often busy (and why wouldn't they be? Any reasonable person would rather fill here than at CVS), they operate like a finely-tuned machine, getting to each patient diligently and in the proper order.
They are open and honest about what they can and cannot do, why they can or cannot fill a certain medication and how those reasons relate to a person's insurance. And the ENTIRE staff is pleasant, kind, and courteous to deal with, despite being constantly inundated with customers. Amazing.
On one occasion I was unsure if I wanted to pay the price for a medication (because I was filling without insurance), and despite being a tense situation for me, the clerk said "we just want to make sure you're comfortable with the decision." I work in customer service myself, and this is how it's done.
Bill's Prescription Center has world-class service, always has what I need in stock, and despite occasional long lines, they work diligently to meet your needs, so it is well worth the wait.

Bill's is my go-to pharmacy for any prescriptions. The staff is always friendly, professional, and prompt. You can tell this is a family-owned and operated business from the minute you walk in the door. They know you on a first name basis and vice versa. A nice piece of some slower times in our current age.
By far Bill's Pharmacy is the best in Brandon Valrico area I would say Hillsborough the staff it's like you're going home to family they remember your name they know your back story they actually care you're just not going in there to get medication you're going in to visit friends

Amazing pharmacy! The staff is always so kind to myself and my daughter and the pharmacists are a fountain of knowledge. They have helped me so many times, from medication to issues my toddler has to insurance disasters. They also have so many medications and OTC meds of their own that are such high quality with a low price. I simply cannot recommend them more highly and I'm even in the process of changing my daughters insurance so that I can fill her medicine there also - trust me it is worth it!
Why go anywhere else? Recently my insurance made a deal with a "Big Box" Pharmacy for cheaper prescriptions. I'd gladly pay a dollar or 2 more at Bill's just for the customer service alone. Even though they address me by my middle name! Staff is exceptional, the owner should be PROUD. That last part is an inside joke, but in all seriousness 5 stars all the way, thanks for being awesome guys.
They deny pain medication based off their own misinformed personal opinions. If you re getting pain prescriptions filled I d look elsewhere. Zero stars.

Honestly, short of being in a hospital, this is the largest operating pharmacy I have ever seen.
Did I mention they are kind, understanding and polite to the older folks? Yeah, big deal for me to know my parents are getting treated in a kind manner.
I do not just like going to this place... I LOVE it!!! It is worth the 30+ min drive.
