I was recently in the market for my first truck and these guys did a hell of a job debunking every connotation one has about a salesman!
Kris was the gentleman that assisted me and not once was he ever pushy. All he did was LISTEN. He made note of every must have and went to work. In the end he found me a beautiful truck for a fair price. Other members of the team assisted wonderfully as well. They noted my concerns and had them fixed almost immediately. I used my own financing and again wasn't pushed into using their own. I am now a proud owner of a GMC Sierra! And I will consider them again whenever I'm in the market.

My client advisor was Liam Gibbons. Liam was an amazing representative and helped guide me through my first car purchase. As a college student my budget was very low and very tight. The first vehicle I looked at was just in my budget range but since the car was given to them right before I came in they didn t have the opportunity to look at the car and find the underlying transmission issues. Liam assured me that I would be getting a car within budget. They found me a car and offered me more for my trade in and adjusted the prices making it fit into my price range. Being a young woman it s scary searching at a car dealership because you aren t positive they wouldn t try to take advantage of you. Liam made me feel like I was in control of my purchases the whole time. He informed me about all issues with the car I would be purchasing and gave me an auto repair shop that would repair the car within my price range (riverside auto). After the visit we made the price range work and I currently purchased an amazing car. My friends who were also there with me stated I would definitely come back and buy a car with Liam . I would highly recommend shopping at Bill Dodge Preowned.

Really unhappy with the service process in Westbro...

Really unhappy with the service process in Westbrook. My car was scheduled for service and I dropped it off at the address in the email/the woman told me over the phone. Apparently that wasn t the right place to drop it off, unbeknownst to me. When I called at 12, assuming my car would be ready, I got transferred 4 times. I was getting upset because I had no idea where my car was and no one had an answer for me. When I finally got a hold of the department that had my car, they told me at noon that my car still wasn t ready. This was inconvenient for me because I need a ride to go get my car. They also did not have a time for when my car would be available. My car was supposed to be done by noon. If I have a 7am appt there is no reason why my car should take over 5 hours for the service.

I m genuinely floored by my experience at this dealership. I was really apprehensive going into the appointment; you never know what you re going to be met with heading into a dealership as a solo woman. Turns out I didn t need to have my (figurative) boxing gloves ready.

Jessica was really kind to me. She shared personal stories with me that eased my tension. She sent me on a well rounded route that gave me a great feel for the vehicle. Before I left for the test drive she made sure I knew that I was in no rush, and could spend the proper amount of time to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. That was huge, often I ve felt rushed to return and don t spend enough time on the test drive.

The financial portion of the purchase was equally as well handled. Dylan s approach to the whole thing was so genuine, it was clear I wasn t just a number. He made me feel like I was at a table with a friend, versus the typical yeah yeah, buy this, sign this, now get out.

If you re looking for a vehicle just start here. They re worth your time.

First, the Customer Service we received, we rate 10. James Waring offered us a water as soon as we sat down. He was very knowledgeable and really worked some magic numbers to not only trade in one leased car (Ionic Hyundai), but we ended up turning in our Hyundai Tucson too. We got a super deal from (2) professionals: James and a guy in the Finance Dept(?).
We ended up getting a platinum deal for oil changes, etc. He also offered us a water. His personality shined through and made the financial paperwork as quickly as possible. We definitely recommend these (2) salesmen a 10.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM , bought a car that I can't even get an inspection for , a week after driving off the lot check engine light comes on , bring it back to get it fixed which at first was great till I realized they never fixed anything, picked my car back up assuming it's fixed and 2 days later light is back on . 4x of me taking the car back In to get it "fixed" and it's still not , no one answers me , no one calls me back , even told me " o we don't babysit our employees we trust they can do their job " well I trusted you to buy a car from you or even fix it , WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WHEN IT COMES TO CARS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Extremely positive experience working with Jason Shedd and David Hellin on the purchase of my new '21 Sierra 2500 Duramax. I feel that I was treated very fairly on my 2015 trade in. Jason even took the time to help with moving my toolbox from my old 2500 to the new one beyond attentively answering any and all questions I had. Was sent off with a full tank of fuel, the exact financial arrangement I wanted, and a smile on my face. Thanks again!
