I've always loved being able to support businesses that have strong ties to the community. That is exactly what I have found here and have been buying my cars at Bill Curie for years. Not only do they have a good variety of cars but they also have Quality Cars. You will not be buying a piece of junk! Every member of my family has at least one car from Bill Curie and for myself personally, this is the only place I go.

It was a quick and super easy process when working with Sean Sullivan. His team of sales managers can definitely help you figure out what you re looking for and put a smile on your face. I highly recommend going to Bill Curie Ford
Quick and easy drop off. Everyone was nice and provided contact info. So refreshing.
And that s where the 5 stars ended. The repair wasn t completed correctly causing me lost money and time , also the car was given back so dirty (tree sap, dirt etc)
After a bad experience at another local FORD dealer - just dropped in... wasn't on her already busy schedule - BUT: she provided professional & friendly customer service & got it handled --> what a concept!
For all your GT500 high-performance needs --> go see Nina @ Currie FORD!
I had a great experience. I really wanna a expectation. I went just to look, when I got there Edwin Torres was at the door ready to serve you. He was so nice, and did everything on his power to get what I wanna. All I have to say is thank you now my family will be comfortable on the road. Thank you for your time, and for helping us. Go see Edwin Torres you won t regret.
I dropped Expedition off to get everything checked and updated so I can get ready for a road trip. What a disaster and failure of trust.
I'm a 25 yr customer. I am so done with their nightmare service dept. Dropped off car yesterday scheduled appointment 2 pm for new tires, a small list of small things to replace and to check my brakes to make sure all is good or not. Change oil, top off all fluids. So my road trip is smooth.
Service dept Toni said at 330 pm today pm the car still not touched with anything yet.
I left 5 messages no call backs during the day for upday on breaks are good or not? And an update on the list.
I told them not leaving it fir a third day there.. I picked it up at 545 so I can take it elsewhere else in the morning. Two days of wasted. Horrible no care service dept.
Also, management cates less what is going on. I guess business is great there. I'll take my trust elsewhere.
They told me that they did get the oil changed and topped off all fluids and the new tires on just 1 hour before I arrived at 530 pm.
What a joke. My reserve radiator fluid and windshield fluid was bone dry. I fixed that those at home. And my engine filter was dirty and full of leaves. So I guess I'll just replace that myself.
Once again? Lack of work ethic and trust. Seems to be a common problem in our country today.
This location really has a customer driven thought process. They made our need for a car post pandemic shut down so much easier to obtain. Our family is growing and we really needed something larger. I am so glad things came together.
The absolute worst place to purchase a vehicle. I bought a $70,000 13k mile Corvette there and and it was nothing but a bad experience. They charged me $1300 for just the paperwork, $2000 for a "reconditioning fee", already over paying market value and then the gave me the car with a completely EMPTY gas tank. When I asked about the fuel, I was told that I got such a good deal on the car they were not putting fuel in it too.. I later spoke to management and they said they'll send me a gift card for gas. One month later - still nothing.. Contacted them again and they said they forgot and will send one out... Another month later and still nothing... Also, the tires were worn pretty low and was told they'll get me tires at cost... Later, denied ever offering that...Also, said if I wanted a CARFAX I'd have to get it myself.... My advice, Go to Stingray Chevrolet. Yes, I realize I bought a Chevrolet at a Ford dealership but thats no excuse for this kind of treatment.. Stingray offered to help me where Bill Currie failed....
It was an easy time here at Bill Curie Ford because Donnie was extremely wonderful and educational. I appreciate his time and patience with me. I love my car to so much because he definitely helped me pick a good one. Thank you very much!
The team at Bill Currie Ford was extraordinarily incompetent when it came to the simple task of replacing lug nuts on my vehicle that they had put on incorrectly multiple times. When I had my tires replaced there back in August, they had cross-threaded my lug nuts, and after bringing the vehicle back to have that fixed, I was charged 350 dollars only to discover that they did the exact same thing and the lug nuts were cross threaded for the second time which meant the lug nuts would need to be cut/burned off for a second time which would mean my wheels would continue to be permanently damaged seeing as they mutilated the wheels with cut and burn marks the first time they removed the cross-threaded lug nuts. After informing my service advisor, Antonina Gomez, that the lug nuts were put on incorrectly, I was told that lug nuts cross-thread themselves over time, and I would be charged again because a mechanic would need to work on the vehicle again. I was visibly and audibly upset with this statement because I had just had the lug nuts replaced that day, yet I could not remove over half of the lug nuts with a tire iron. During my questions of if there was another way they could test the lug nuts before I left because I was dissatisfied with the level of service, I was graced with the presence of Mark Wilty, who is the director/manager of the service department I would gather based on his office. He informed me that rather than change a tire and put the spare put on, I should call a tow truck because "new cars don't even come with spares". While that may be true, this is a 2011 Ford Fiesta with a spare tire in the trunk. All I wanted was the ability to put said spare on should I find myself stranded on the side of the road. I came back with the vehicle five days later with a breaker bar and lug not sockets in hand to have the team at Bill Currie attempt to remove the lug nuts by hand after they were allegedly fixed, and instead, the work was verified by their own mechanics as being done incorrectly. I was not given a refund for the poor quality of services, and instead, I was told they could burn/cut off my lug nuts for the second time and try to put them back on for the third time all while refusing to give me my money back for the first failed attempt at one of the most basic of car maintenance tasks. I am genuinely shocked at the audacity of the team at Bill Currie where they looked me in the eyes after messing up threading a total of 16 lug nuts onto a 2011 Fiesta not once, but twice, and tried to tell me that having to get your wheel permanently damaged during removal for whatever purpose with a torch and cutting tool is not only necessary but preferred over using a tire iron to put on a spare tire. I would never recommend the Bill Currie team even for the most rudimentary services because there is a good chance they will perform said service incorrectly. They would then tell you, the paying customer for inadequate services, that what they did for you was a five-star rated job.
