Jonathan Ayers has been my agent for over 5 years and I always say that I wish I could replicate him in every industry I have to work with. He's always willing to go the extra mile and truly wants the best solution for what I need. Good attitude, great service, never put out and always full of helpful information. He's a great guy in the community too, coaching kids teams and volunteering. Highly recommend you talk to him if you're ready for great service from your insurance agent.

Tyson, Tami, and Dominic have been amazing staff to work with. They answer the phone immediately and produce great results! Any issue we've had thus far, Biggs has worked diligently to solve.

I have had insurance through Biggs for several years. Karadee Dunbar is the agent that I spoke with about getting a quote for commercial policy. I told her I was starting a business where I would be towing a trailer for my business. She contacted CIG insurance, who I've been with for years, told them what I was CONSIDERING doing and they responded with not only are we NOT going to quote commercial insurance for this person, but we will NOT renew her policy in August. I have a great diving record, good credit and the insurance company has dropped me.
Not only that but they reported me to LexisNexis! Its some sort of reporting agency, so now when I try to find insurance for just my personal vehicle I will be paying a higher rate.
I have reached out to Karadee to get this resolved, with no response from her.
I've been laid off from my job, the business I was starting is on hold and I'll have no insurance on August 1st.
