I have never had a worse experience than I had in collaborating with Bilancia. First they offered me something after they delivered me something else. I had to wait for 3 weeks to bring me the equipment I needed, I paid in addition to 1200 lei and now, after two months, the fryer bought from them broke down and I put them to take them to service or , if I want to come up to raise it, it's a cost. Shame on you. Some hearts. I do not recommend in any form. Higher prices 20% than smaller distributors and 2 lei services.
