Bike Florence&Tuscany Review

A wonderful experience for me and my during our visit to Florence. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Absolutely incredible experience! 10/10 recommend. Both of the leaders of the tour were great and beyond friendly and funny. Couldn t have been better at all!

The history and beauty of this area was amazing. I m glad we decided to bike around the countryside with a tour because it made the trip quite a lot better. I didn t feel overwhelmed or lost at any point on the tour, I would recommend this to anyone! We did the Vespa bike tour.

Highlight of our trip to Florence!

I know, I know... Where Michelangelo & Di Vinci still live, Il Duomo & Palazzo Pitti still stand, and prosciutto comes by the truckload to the best pizza on the planet, how could a Vespa tour top it all?

Simple - care & passion for what they do.

Every step of the way, we were taken care of. The pre-arranged trip through the Tuscany countryside was worth the price of admission! But then we turned on the motors and proceeded to have a highly engaging & super fun trip through the hills - followed by a delicious meal & great tour of the vinyard!

I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this outing to any friend or family member. I'm sure your experience will be everything ours was.

This place was amazing. We opted to do a Vespa tour and it was the highlight of our trip in Italy. Dejan and Marco were great. They took us by bus to The Tuscany region and then there we were able to practice riding. Once we were comfortable we took the vespas all throughout the hills of Tuscany. The sights were incredible. We stopped at one point and took photos at the top. After the tour we went to a local winery and got to have a homemade lunch and chat with them about Italy and learn more about the local history and the wine. The winery was incredible and the wine was delicious. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time during the tour. We went in December and it was still amazing and fun but make sure to dress warm. Overall the tour was wonderful and you would be stupid not to do it!! We spent the whole time laughing as Dejan was hilarious and the tour was spectacular. If I m ever in Florence again I would repeat this tour! Book directly through Tuscany cycle as opposed to viator if you can. 10/10 would recommend this again.

It was so nice to get out of the city and view the countryside of Tuscany. The bikes we rented were in great shape and it also came with a repair kit just in case. It was nice to know that we would be safe in that situation and Tuscany Cycle was there for us! Thank you!

The wonderful weather combined with the excellent experience with the Vespa ride to the Chinti winery makes it a perfect combination. A special thanks to Dejan And Giovanno from Tuscany cycle taking us on a tour to the Trebbio Castle on a Vespa bike, it has been a wonderful experience and must do trip in Florence besides the usual sight seeing.

Staff were very warm, friendly, and so patient with the rookie riders on our Vesa tour. The owner was engaging and tried very hard to make sure we enjoyed our tour, even though it was raining and chilly. The Castello was a lovely place for pictures and lunch. We had a great day!

Took this tour on a suggestion from our friends who had visited Tuscany before. What an unforgettable experience! We took the Castello tour, our guide made sure we had a safe and enjoyable vespa ride the whole time. And then we had lunch and wine together. Highly recommended!

Original way to visit Florence and very entertaining guide.

Reserved a horse tour online the day before, they cancled it upon my arrival the day of. Basically if they don't have enough clients, they'll just cancel on you without notice and you find out when you are about to leave on your tour. 2 people working there gave me 2 different versions of the reason why it was cancled not knowing what the other had given me... not very professional to lie to clients and be caught.

Amazing tour! Bruno was very responsive and helpful prior to my booking, and it kept getting better. The Vespa ride was amazing, so much fun and Bruno was very patient in my slow learning of how to make turns. The vineyard visit was nice as well. Excellent food and wine which I will not forget! Highly recommended.

Very nice Vespa Tour through Chianti! We zipped through cute, little villages and passed beautiful wine fields. It s a great tour for beginners with easy roads and amazing views! The guide was super funny and nice, the lunch was amazing. We had a great day, thank you!

The wine tour was truly amazing, and it made our girls trip. We really enjoyed seeing the differences between wineries in the United States vs. Italy. And of course, the food was spectacular. I wish I could stay forever! I can't wait to bring my boyfriend here.

Bike, pasta, and wine. The trip is picturesque and the hosts are humorous and welcoming. The recommendation is extremely simple. It was incredibly astounding.

Best way to get around Florence! So much faster than walking and so much fun!

This was probably the most memorable part of our trip. The winery, its history, and the host exceeded our expectations. Riding the vespas through curvy Tuscan roads were a blast. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our day out, truly! The route had a bit of everything and while getting out of the city was a tad bit stressful the rest of the ride was fantastic. At the Vineyard, we ate a great lunch recommended by the guide and enjoyed a nice glass or 2 of wine.

Must Book Tour!!!

Dagna and team are awesome individuals that made me want to seriously book again just for the fun of it.

Lunch is great and traditional, wine was okay but that is nothing compared to the scenery and the cheerful vibes that you get from the tour guides. They are super funny and ensure the safety of everyone in our group.

Don't hesitate to book this when visiting Florence.

Definitely a highlight of our honeymoon. Had such an amazing day, driving around Tuscany, meeting new people, eating great food and drinking phenomenal wine. Leo and Dejan were fantastic guides and made the tour all the more worthwhile.

Tuscany cycle is a must do in Florence! They have a large range of tours from bike riding in the tuscan countryside, to driving a vespa through the tuscan hills, and horse back riding your way to some of the greatest vineyards in Italy. You get to explore the Chianti region of tuscany with some of the funnest guides and have the experience of a lifetime! The tour guides are all amazing and very enthusiastic. Not only do you get to go on an awesome tour but you get to explore one of the Pazzi family's old castles along with an amazing lunch and wine. Tuscany cycles is one of the funnest things you can do in Florence is a necessary day time experience.

Amazing tour! Our guide was fantastic, the castle tour was interesting, the Vespa ride was gorgeous and the luch provided was fun and a great chance for us to talk to the local tour guides and meet other travelers. If you are in Florence/Tuscany do not miss this tour!!!

Did the Vespa tour. It was fun, and the lunch at the winery was nice. Felt it wasn t worth the price though. A rental car driving around the same area was a lot cheaper and saw a lot more.

What a refreshing blast of a last day!

Booked this for our last day in Florence. What a treat!!!! We had so much. I rode as a passenger with Mh driving. The guides were great and knowledgeable. The Vespa guide was good about checking on the drivers and making sure we all stayed together. The lunch was delicious perfection. We really loved this and wold repeat if ever in Florence again!

It was great, we did a city tour of Florence, different and fun way to discover unreal city!!

A fabulous choice during my quick stay in Florence. Enjoyed every minute of it. Amazing staff from check in to tour check out. The best wine tour I've been on anywhere. So much explanatiom and history. The castle is amazing and the family residing in-Bonus! The Vespa Tour has amazing staff that pay particular attention to safety. Excellent tour guides as well. Nice picturesque views on route. The lunch and wine were fantastic! At the end, purchased some wine and olive for shipping. No rush throughout and making friends has been easy as a solo traveler on this trip. Very thankful I chose Tuscany Cycle Tour! Highly recommend!

Visited Florence several weeks ago with my family and we did the countryside tour. I have to say that this was the absolute best! We never had so much fun in our lives. Staff were fabulous, funny, and friendly - we felt like we made some life long friends. Thank you all - you made this trip a once in a lifetime experience. We will be back for sure.

Ample supply and well maintained equipment. Rented a road bike for 5 hours in the hills. They provide everything you need - although you might bring sunblock :)

I rented road bike in April 2017. Everything was good. They have solid conditions: bikes with high level equipment, carbon frames. You can take for decent price bike, helmet, pedals, water bottle and necessary repair kit. I got the marvelous impression when I rode through the small cities near the Florence. I took Colnago bike.

I did not do a tour, but rather rented a road bike from them to keep up my cycling habit while abroad. Besides being very friendly hosts, the owners are avid cyclists and it shows in their selection of high quality road bikes (Colnagos, Treks, Bianchis) for daily rental. Brought my pedals and shoes and was on a bike in no time, with a couple of sensible tips for nearby routes. The price is commensurate with the quality: renting a full carbon race bike can never be exactly cheap, but its not budget-busting either and it s a rare opportunity to explore the countryside while keeping up the pace.
The great thing about Tuscany Cycle is the variety, from dream-fulfilling Vespa tours, to city bike tours around town, to the more niche market of road rides, they are accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun.

It was superb! I rented a cycle from a highly cooperative staff. They also guided me about the roads and directions since I was new to the place. They also gave me some precautions. Whenever I shall go back to Tuscany I shall again rent a cycle for them.

The staff was so nice and helpful and the tour was SO MUCH FUN! It was the highlight of our trip!!

I had a great and unique experience renting my road bike from Tuscany Vespa Cycle and Bike Tour. Although my chain broke only 5 km away, I got to meet some nice folks in the Florence countryside and the staff back at the bike shop were nothing but apologetic. It was a brand new chain and I think just a malfunction from the factory. They did a great job sizing me up on my x-large 61 cm bike, which is hard to find. Without asking, they offered a full refund and their consolation. I ll be back soon for more exploring of this beautiful Italian countryside on a bike (with a different chain) from Tuscany Vespa Cycle and Bike Tour.

While we were staying in Florence we rented a bike here for a day. The guy in the store was very helpfull and recommended us a lot of tips of places to go and visit. The bikes were amazing and came with a repair kit we could use in case they broke down, which didnt happen.

Such a great experience! Much worth the half day trip to see the country side and enjoy the experience of riding or driving a Vespa. The owner/guide was very personable and made the trip even better. Highly recommend!

The sunset vespa tour was so much fun! My husband and I booked it last minute and ended up being the only two on the tour. It included a winery tour with appetizers, and the ride. Highly recommended!

Best experience of Italy so far. Borat II drove us to the our wine tour and had lunch with us he is hilarious. Definitely take the time and experience this.

Our family's bike trip through the city to its highest point was fantastic. We stopped along the way and heard interesting stories and history about the city. When climbing to see the incredible view of the entire city below we went at a pace where I could keep up--my biggest worry as I ride a bike very occasionally. This was a real highlight to our trip and I will seek out Tuscany Cycle the next time we come to Florence.

Super friendly bike shop. Spoke perfect English and very helpful. They gave me a Colnago CX1 with Super Record for 40 a day. I rode back into town well after closing hours but they let me return bike the next morning with no hassle and no late fee. Brilliant service and offerings - I will be back!
