I recently took up bike riding, and have bought a bike rack, 2 helmets, some bike accessories , and got my bike tuned and repaired there.
I've spoken to about 5 different sales reps, in about a year and they all were very helpful & courteous. The last person I spoke to was Derrick. I'm glad I live close to the store in case I need something to be checked on my bike.

Had a fantastic experience with Bike Doctor in Waugh Chapel. Came in for my first bike in 20 years and was outfitted with the perfect bike by Derek and am very happy! Also had my 4yo fitted for a new helmet which he loves and will be bringing our almost 3yo in for a helmet soon enough. Thanks again for being such a great business nearby!
The employees at this bike shop were so incredibly spectacular. I ride recreationally, and had a small adjustment that needed to be fixed with my break line. I went into my local Race Place in Towson, and they wouldn t even look at it unless I made an appointment for a tune up a month away. I got pressured into making an appointment with them and cancelled it the next day- I was quite disgusted by how they treated me at this shop.
A few days later I stopped by this Bike Doctor location- they let me bring it in and show them what was wrong, fixed it in about two minutes and when I asked what I owed the mechanic who worked on my bike for me said he didn t need anything for it. The employee who worked on my bike was so nice, so I ordered a tune up with them anyways because of how pleased I was with the service. I would highly recommend this location- they will not take advantage of you or scam you out of money if you re not as familiar with bike maintenance.
