The customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff is awesome!!
I recently took up bike riding, and have bought a bike rack, 2 helmets, some bike accessories , and got my bike tuned and repaired there.
I've spoken to about 5 different sales reps, in about a year and they all were very helpful & courteous. The last person I spoke to was Derrick. I'm glad I live close to the store in case I need something to be checked on my bike.
