Had an item listed on website for a 10 pack of caliper mounting bolts. Emailed me to tell me the price was per bolt not per 10 pack. I stated I no longer wanted the item because it was too expensive. The owner of bike authority took the time to reach out to me and explained that there was a mix up with the manufacturer. He then sent me the bolts free of charge. What great customer service!
Great service and information. I recently stopped in looking for a replacement part and while they couldn't get it (no one can) the gentleman did help me find a used one. Bought a few supplies while I was there. Highly recommend for new bike purchases and gear.

They were very helpful in providing a solution to fit something to an older bike and didn't even charge for the shims
The only reason I'm rating 4 instead of 5 stars is the prices. They are definitely a much more premium bike shop. Outside of that, the staff was wonderful and I would definitely recommend here if you're looking for some higher end equipment
I called over a month ago to ask about a specific bike, which I was told was on its way. They said they would call me when it came in, and that it should be soon. I didn't hear anything, so I called back a week later. Was told by another friendly person that they would put my name on a list and call as soon as it showed up. Called once a week for 6 weeks, getting more and more excited as the weather warmed up, was told that there were shipping delays but that it's on its way, should be here soon. Called today, and they told me that bike is, and has been already sold for a while now. Told me that if I order one, they can get it to me in 6 months. I let the sales rep know how disappointed I was. He said "sorry bud." fail.
Sherman & the other guys at Bike Authority saved our butt. My son s handlebars broke at Triathlon National Championships. They had a set and scrambled to get them on the bike so he could race the second day. Thanks for the awesome service. A great shop!
I m a big fan of BA. It starts with outstanding products and is matched with exceptional service. I fell in love with my first Cervelo in 2008 and just bought my second this year. Sherman treats us like his best customer even though we may not see him for years. He goes above and beyond expectations every time. So do his employees who have been with him for years.
Went in looking for a bunch of replacement parts for a 10 year old mountain bike. After asking several questions the nice lady went in the back and after about 10 minutes came back with a stack of parts. I took everything home and everything fit and worked perfectly! I was back a few days later for a few more item and again they had everything I needed. Great bike shop!!
Great help getting the right equipment for my bike. I thought I knew what I needed without assistance -until I went home and it did not fit my bike. I went back to Bike Authority, explained what I needed and they made sure I got the right equipment. Thanks for a great experience!
