Very satisfied with my shopping experience with Todd. He was knowledgeable, patient, offered suggestions and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Jeremy Block was awesome! He taught me everything I needed to know as a new cyclist. He expertly guided me through every step of the process and provided lots of information in everything I would need. His feedback on the different bikes I tried out and how I was feeling about them was super valuable and made the decision making process way easier. Anyone coming to BGI North is lucky to have someone like Jeremy there. I'm looking forward to coming back for a fitting.

My 4 year old bike needed some love after all the trail abuse. Took it in to BGI this winter. They did a full overhaul but did NOT try to up-sell me on anything that wasn t needed.

Got my first spring ride in yesterday. My bike felt like it was brand new!!!

Personal attention and expert advice from technicians. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Brought my bike in for tuneup-service, appointment easy to schedule online, bike was done same day. Techs walked me through the inspection. Included me in discussion of best replacement tires, etc for my type of riding. Pricing very reasonable.

Service department listened to me describe my issue with my bike, directed me to the right part, saving me from making an error. Also, BGI North was practicing very correct hygiene during this pandemic.

BGI is my go-to local bike shop. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and know their stuff. I have purchased a bike there, had a bike fitting, and purchased countless clothing and accessories. I recently took my bike in because I thought I needed a repair, but it turned out I did not. I very much appreciate the honestly of the repair folks who assessed it. They easily could have charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. Support your local bike shop, people, or they will go away!

The sales associates are super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that the majority of them truly have a passion for biking. Will definitely continue to shop with them!

Bought kids bike online with curbside delivery. The color I wanted was not available, but customer service was very helpful finding a suitable alternative and letting me know when pick up was ready.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Things didn't work out with my local bike shop today when I wanted to pick up a CAAD 12. I live in Cincinnati, I called told them what I was looking for, they took my information, and called me back promptly confirming they had what I wanted. So my wife and I drove up to Indy to BGI. When I pulled up I was astonished with the pure size of the building. When we walked in I felt like I walked into Cyclist Heaven. Top Brands, good inventory and ridiculously clean. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, told them who I was, informed them that I called earlier in the day. They had the bike laid out, sat to the side with my name on it. I took it for a test ride and it was love at first ride. I walked back into the store and my wife and I walked around while they were prepping the bike and I couldn't get over the size and quality of the inventory. Much better than anything we have here in Cincinnati.

When my bike was ready the tech walked it out to me, explained what he had done to it and what he double checked and tighten and offered a couple friendly words of advice.

Checkout was quick and painless. No complaints at all.

My only complaint with this establishment is I now have to drive from Cincinnati to Indy to visit them.... awesome store.

We went in 15 min before closing to have an inner tube put on a cheap department store kids bike. The service rep was very kind and gladly helped us. When the inner tube popped he investigated the rim and showed us the problem with the actual tire. He fixed the rim and tire and walked us to check out. He said if there was any problem to bring it back and they'd make it right. The next day we took the other one. A different person helped us, but the guy from the day before stopped and made sure the 1st tire held up okay. The place is a little pricy, but the service is worth every cent. I will go back and I've already recommend them to others.

Ordered my bike, picked it up, and was on the trails in under an hour. Haven t been able to go to the gym during quarantine so this is a great substitute. I ll be back to upgrade to full suspension soon!

Everything was led by an expert. He explained differences among bikes, adjusted equipment and coached me on how to maintain and use the equipment. At no time did I get the sense it was about a sale, but rather, about setting me up with what I needed.

Love it, got by bike here and they helped me order a bmx bike online, and to test your bike they have a small track behind the store

Kudos to BGI and specifically service manager Mark. He was a great help on getting the suspension setup on our mountain bike tandem. There isn't much to choose from when it comes to tandem forks and shocks. It's quite a niche market. We chose a standard Fox Float 34 SC fork and Fox Float DPS shock knowing they were not going to be valved correctly for the application. On the first ride it was obvious the suspension was too stiff. Working with Mark we concluded there needs to be less compression damping and more rebound. Mark contacted Fox to verify our assessment and give them all the info they needed to ensure quick turnaround. The bike now rides really well and is a joyous adventure every time. Thanks to Mark at BGI. He is a wealth of knowledge on modern mountain bike technology.
