The best agency hands down! Really cares about their models!

I ve been with Bicoastal for almost 5 years. Nothing but the praise! Immaculate attention to details; always on top of things; professional and the sweetest people on the team. They practice more of a personable approach which I appreciate and value greatly they make me feel I m always taken care of, there s no need to double check anything. Overall 5 stars!

Working with the team at Bicoastal is always professional and pleasant. They are hard working and warm. I always feel that the communication is clear and personal- and they never submit me for work I am not comfortable with. If they are this trustworthy great to work with as a model, I imagine their clients are also always in good hands!

Very hard working & committed to be the best there is! Genuinely looking out for their models and considering their best interest.

Refusal of letting models out of contract regardless if they're unhappy and not booking.
Contracts are "at will" and if a party is unhappy they shouldn't have to ride out a contract or a 30 day letter just null and void the contract as of that day. Wish each other well and go about your business.

Unprofessional at its finest

I had reached out to several talent agencies prior to calling Bicoastal MGMT and have had, by far, the best experience with them. Even though they scout for major brands such as Theory and Vera Wang, they provided me with down-to-earth attentiveness and customer service in helping me find a fit model for my new company. I worked with Angel, who is so quick to respond to emails, and works hard to match someone that fits your needs. I feel like the positive energy of the company circulates throughout the company, as the model, Katie, had an equally great attitude and was just as friendly as the staff at Bicoastal.

TL,DR: I used Bicoastal to find a fit model for my emerging label, and they have INCREDIBLE customer service and a great board of models!!!

Honestly I have no words to describe my love for Bicoastal Mgmt! I started modeling at the age of 10 and have been with countless agencies all over the world. Bicoastal's team is beyond incredible and they are by far, the warmest and most understanding people I have met in the industry. I never write reviews, but I am so grateful for all the success that I have achieved in the business, because of THEM. If I could give them more than 5 starts, I would.They ARE the best.
