A lot of High-end brands are here. Beautiful place, Good for taking a walk and shopping. got a good discount from many stores, however, it depends on each brand. If you are tourists, you ask for more discount, there are a tax refund facilities in Bicester village.

Travelled an hour to bicester village only to get turned away at the doors of most of the outlets because of registration or for virtual tours. Why are outlets even open If they're turning customers away from there doors?
Thank god for online shopping!!!

Great designer outlet village with so many shops with amazing prices! A great day out, could have done with some more food places around the village but designer clothes wise was great would highly recommend!

Good outlet! Many luxurious stores available and good prices. Although, some stores have old items but you can find very good stuff in other stores. Traveling from and to the village is also easy from London. Trains are coming in and out every 30 minutes. There is also a Tax refund office available so you don't have to do it in the airport. There are also few cafes in the outlet but not many restaurants. That's the only negative thing I noticed.

Very badly laid out for social distancing.Appalling.

All staff with gloves masks and sanitizers.

A very beautiful outlet mall close to London. There are many brand shops, prices are typical for an outlet mall. Several restaurants around. The location is also great, about half an hour from London by train. The train station in next to the mall. It's special station just for the mall. A good shopping place for the family. You will need a full day to cover the outlet.

Nice designer outlet with same concept as a designer outlet in Roermond The Netherlands. The different is here you can find more designer brands than there. If you are lucky you can get outlet price with additional 20% off on their Private Sale Event. There are enough toilets available. There are some restaurants and cafes for having breakfast, lunch and dinner or coffee break. You can find also tax free office and ATM. This designer outlet can be reached by car or public transport. From London Marylebone station you can take train to Bicester Village.

It's a huge outlet centre, with loads of different top designer brands. The entire "village" is beautifully designed, with some recent improvements really making the place look stunning.
Plenty of staff around keeping the place looking immaculate, as well as security keeping the area safe.
Loads of parking, including a multistory. Loads of transport links, including bus, coach and rail.
So why have I not given this place 5 stars?? Because of the people!!
I have never been to a place that attracts such rude, arrogant and stuck up people like this place!
So many of the shoppers believe they are a cut above the rest and really look down on everyone else! Money really does not buy you manners or class!
But I leave you with 1 question... if people here are so 'wealthy' that they can treat others like dirt... why are they shopping in a discount village!?!

Great place for shopping either window or actual. The place is amazing with very powerful free wifi and brilliant restrooms and even a multi faith prayer rooms. The physical facade is amazing for photos. They could use more eating places or cafes as it is packed almost every day. With the number of middle east tourist coming it would be better to have more halal dishes being served. All around good outing place.

This venue has a lot of high end designer shops making it an ideal shopping destination especially if it shopping for Christmas presents, the park and ride facility is free and very efficient which takes a lot of stress out of the event especially as we traveled there with the kids. Some shops are packed queuing right outside down the street which is understandable but a little frustrating

Bicester Village seriously need to review their smoking policy. It's absolutely disgusting. I was there with my kids and you simply can't avoid getting a face full of smoke every 5 yards. It completely ruins what would otherwise be a nice experience.

Somewhat what you'd expect from a designer outlet. But if you've not been before, it's a pleasant, nicely laid out space to potentially buy some nice stuff.
It's not just clothes, there's leather goods, watches, jewelry & home wares.
A couple of decent places to have lunch or dinner too.
If you're into nice clothes & things it's worth a go, you might get a few bargains!!

Terrible, I hated it but that is personal taste. Others will love this place but I thought it was crass and the staff incredibly rude and snooty. Mont Blanc were the worst, I was in the market for an impulse buy but after the way the staff treated me (in a totally empty shop) with 3 staff more concerned with themselves, their phones and their own lives then I took my impulse purchase elsewhere.

Not cheap anymore, used to be a hidden gem for bargains and a relaxing shop. Now overcrowded and overpriced. Better off going to tk max or just to the actual brands store itself. The "VIP" card is also pointless as it doesn't work for anything on sale which is about 90% of things here so save yourself the time and give this a miss. Parking is ok during the week, no chance at the weekend. Struggling to think of any reason to come here these days...

Not impressed at all. The shopping selection and prices appeared to be good -- but the crowds, smoking, lack of distancing, chaotic parking, and rude clientele -- makes it not a place for me and my family.

Best place to go shopping outside London. It has all the top designer shops with outlet prices. You will definitely save money from shopping in the high street. It has many places to eat if you get a bit peckish or need to rest. Also has Contemplation room if you need to go and prayer with excellent wudhu facilities. Always love shopping here and will be back soon.

Wouldn't recommend with COVID still around, too busy, people not wearing masks correctly, no one way restrictions in the main street, the digital queue just created a big crowd at each shop... The far end by Polo Ralph Lauren was the only place you could stand 1m from people yet alone 2m!

Covid ready..but its very difficult to keep proper social distancing but they (Bicester) work really hard to create a safe environment....Car Parking is very good.....There is a 'proper' retail park springing up alongside...Well done Bicester Outlet!

I passed through Bicester Village on my way to a different place nearby. It's a clean, tidy and nicely designed shopping destination. There are several places to eat or grab a snack. There are plenty of toilets. I used the train to get there and the station is adjecent to the Village. I could see there are also plenty of car park spaces. As its full name suggests, Bicester Village is full of designer shops and not a lot else. Don't go there expecting to get cheap bargains - you'll be disappointed - it's still expensive in most of the shops. Nearby to the Village is another small retail park which is still in development. There's already a Next and Nike on this site with Boots and M&S Food due to open in a couple of months. There's also a Tesco and McDonald's opposite this.

Great place to shop if you love high end products but don't want to pay full price! Free parking, easy layout and always looks clean and well maintained. Nice choice of cafes and restaurants for when you need to take a break from all the shopping!!

Great shopping day out.

Great shopping day out.

There are plenty of variety of stores for everyone.
You can easily spend the whole day there or just do a quick stop to pick up a few things from your favourite stores.

There are a few good places to get a bite to eat and a coffee fix.

We managed to get a few really good deals from Ralph Lauren.

There were queues outside a few stores- so be prepared to wait outside at peak times.

All in all - a good day out for shopping therapy.

If you are into the fashion industry, this is the perfect place for you. You have all branded outlet discounted and tax free which makes them quite affordable. But there is a long queue outside few outlets which leads to huge wait time and might discourage you from going into the outlet. For food options there is a crepe shop which makes awesome crepes, just when you are passing by the shop, the smell of freshly prepared crepe makes your mouth water, I had the Italian crepe and it was deliciously cheesy and yummy. You can spend comfortably half a day and if you are a shopoholic you can easily spend couple of days. Only thing is travel by car if it's an option else you end up spend a lot of time in travel if you are using public transport.

Digital queuing is farcical, eg Gucci is basically empty but we repeatedly got turned away to even join the digital queue (and then it closed altogether) but other much smaller stores have far more people in them and no queuing system.

Great for outlet stores. Wonderful festive feel as Christmas. Park in the park and ride - its quick and easy and takes the hassle out of fighting for a space. Great range of shops and lovely clean and modern facilities.

Can't stand this place. Bargains are few and far between and seems built purely to empty the wallets of the literally 100s of coach loads of japanese tourists. That said the plant decor in the streets is beautiful.

We visited Bicester Village Thursday 29th Oct it was raining so thought it'll be quieter than usual, it was heaving and no one was able to social distance safely so we left. A wasted 90 min drive for us. I work in an outdoor Shopping Centre similar to Bicester and they have a one way system in action ensuring the safety of customers and staff.

Being 1 of the top 5 places to visit in the UK. this offers over 160 luxury Boutiques and big names like Gucci, Burberry, Givenchy and so much more at up to 60% the RRP. I have been so many times and always have a good day and pick up some amazing bargains too. With train links to Oxford and London you can be connected and get there quicker. The site is so beautiful, clean and staff on there to help. It can get busy from 12 o'clock mid day and some stores have a quing systems with the big brands so id say to get therr early.

Definitely a place to go for your Christmas shopping, conveniently located with easy access for everyone using train and cars, also there is special buses for students and tourists who like shopping there. Many luxury and finest designer brands offered between 60% - 90% discount. If you want to get the experience of awesome shopping, this place is a must to visit. I guaranteed you will forget the time busy shopping and there are good restaurants inside too to satisfy your hungry belly.

Always nice going here. Always clean and has a very welcoming feel. During Covid a lot of stores are doing digital que-ing which is a great way of maintaining social distancing. Prices are good and are sure to find something at a bargain most of the times

Hey, this outlet, I'd rather say, it's better than the one London Dxxxxxxr Outlet.

The location though is a bit far away from city area, also... limited choices of foods...;
however, there is a variety of choices for famous brands: Burberry, Coach, Prada, Boss, etc.
Tax Refund is available for foreigners.

For foods, there are limited choices... Snacks and coffee bars available.

Weekend / Sunday, normally would be crowded.
Plan and take your time on visit.

Driving to go is not difficult to access. There are indoor / outdoor parking.

Lovey place to walk around if you are in the area. There are some bargains to be had but be aware the outlet centres have become so successful some of the shops produce things to sell only in the outlets which are not up to the usual designer standard.

Been Bicester a few times now. Definitely a fun place to look around, parking can be a hassle on very huge sale days. Lots of tourists around as well so be prepared for a busy day with lots of squeezing around people and lots of walking. Fun place though for sure.

Designer outlet! This place is very pretty, clean and have tons of designer shops . The prices are outlet prices so definitely a place to shop designer clothes and accessories for cheaper price . Plenty of toilet and free car parking.

It also have decent food places but bit pricey however the quality of the food and drinks is good . Definitely would recommend this place . Train station is 2 min walk .

New system in place...you have to book a time to get into popular shops
Most of the other shops seemed almost deserted...
A lot more space to roam around...very few coach loads of tourists from London...
My only criticism is that with the demise of foreign tourists the prices will have to be reduced dramatically to entice me back...
