Large restaurant featuring Global cuisine. Quiet on a Monday night. Food was good, service was underwhelming. Food took a long time to come out, especially since there were very few customers that night.
The food is good.. Drinks are good. Service is bad. We go there because they have a nice menu with gluten free stuff for those who need it.. Thats where the fun stops. I thought that my waitress was bad the first time... Thinking one bad egg cant ruin a place so we went back. Mistake $130 check you would think the staff would care about a table. We sat... Waited.. Ten minutes went by the waitress shows up. Drops our menu's takes our drink order and vanishes. 15 Minutes later they show up..Gone again!
10 Minutes later shes back, I had to ask about the specials. This goes on all night. The bus boys actually took my second drink order. In the end there is no one in the restaurant I asked for the check and had to wait and watch the bus boys clean and move tables around for 15 Minutes then the waitress comes back, dumps the check.. No thanks.. Nothing. We left unhappy and will not be back.
Food was delicious. It was quiet at lunch time. I am sure it would be a great date night spot.
Wow! Wonderful experience, food, service, drinks, presentation, everything! Indoors (!!!) and comfortable. Will definitely be back!
This is a lovely place to have dinner with friends. The food is excellent with organic, vegetarian, and gluten-free options clearly marked ... I love the pan-seared wild scallops!
Love this place! They even have Latin-inspired dishes, which we are quite fond of, despite the diverse Mediterrenean menu. Even friendly for the kids, despite the upscale, classy environment.
BB's restaurant has very good food and very good service I hope either feels better

Poor & slow service even when the place is empty. Rude & stubborn owner. Terrible bartender. I ve had better experiences here years ago, but the last couple times have been terrible. Never returning.
If your looking for a nicer atmosphere with friendly & attentive servers; The Farmhouse is just a block away, and always busy.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff but flavorless food. Duck Duo -Leg was overcooked, stringy, oily and flavorless.....Duck breast served almost raw. Fish Tacos -soggy and bland (flavorless)..... Fries - soggy with oil!!!! Wanted to stop at McDonalds on the way home!!!!! Definitely skip this place!!!!! I would have given it a half a star if it was an option!!!!!!!!
EXCELLENT as always!! We had my daughter s bridal shower there and everything was perfect!! Zak and Ida were very easy to work with and the wait staff was fabulous and anticipated our every need!!
Service was terrible (including the rude hostess). Food/drinks were slow to arrive. Waitstaff were non-existent. Food was passable but nothing special and they were out of two different brunch items which we tried to order. Overall dissapointed
If it were just food I would have given 5 stars but considering the service was awful even 3 stars is being generous. What a disaster my mother's day dinner was. Over 45min to get even a piece of bread 2 1/2hrs later and still waiting for dessert I realize it's a holiday but we sat down and ordered our food and there was only 2 other tables seated. The biggest insult is at no time did anyone identify themselves as a manager and come over to apologize. And not just us we saw plenty of other table complaining really a shame since the food is very good. But there are plenty of other restaurants with good food that don't have this horrible of service. It ruined my mother's day since a 4 & 9 year old don't understand waiting this long for dinner. What a shame
Not sure whats was worse, the service or the food. Definitely dont sit outside, no one will help you. Go for drinks, but dont eat here. We tried like 10 different things, all gross and most things stale. Not sure how people say they like it here.

I Like Bergen County the mall capital of New Jersey with exclusive stores hard to find else were & excellent food , but this place has disgusting food and the wait is too long . NEVER EVER COMING BACK
Friendly staff, diverse menu. Great Coffee presentation with a trio of sugar, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. The hallway is reminiscent of the 70s restaurant "What Ale's Ya"!
This establishment has great food and even better service. We have had similar meals in Manhattan with Michelin rated chefs.
I have eaten here twice and will not go back. They are so disorganized. The first time I went with two friends and waited longer than told to be seated. The waiter never came with the check at the end of the night so we walked out! We are not going to beg someone to pay a check. We asked for it several times. We were so angry and I said I would never go back.
The atmosphere is great so we tried it again last night, over a year later. The service is so horrible I don't know how they make any money and have stayed open this long. We did not get our appetizer and the pasta we ordered did not come with the added chicken. We left hungry. It was the waiters first day, they obviously need to look at their hiring practices. I am sure the food is wonderful but it is difficult to be served, even the check!
My Wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Bibi'z the day before our wedding, our guests loved the service, the charm of the restaurant and the food was amazing! All items we chose were hits, everyone loved everything! Bibi'z is amazing and if you would like to have catering done, Ida (the owner) is an amazing person to work with. She's so nice, sweet, charming and was a pleasure to work with her. To all those that would like to have an event such as Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, in the Westwood area, Bibi'z Restaurant | Lounge is the best place to go. You will not be disappointed!
Appalling lack of service. Drinks ok , mediocre food. Went to meet my better half and her long time girlfriend after work. After 20 min I was finally able to get a waiter to order a burger. Then the hostess rudely told us (the ladies were there too long and to move inside because another party had an outside table reserved). We all moved inside. Getting a napkin proved difficult. Just another over priced crappy suburban restaurant in Bergen county. Zero stars would be more appropriate. Place reminds a perfume bottle: Pretty on the outside but stinks on the inside. If we had been informed at the start this could have been avoided. If someone reccommends this place to you save your time and money and go elsewhere. If you enjoy bombastic service and want to waste your time and money by all means enjoy.
Please know I have better things to than try to ruin anyones business as lack of service and saying I stayed for 3 hrs is false . A lack of willingness to admit there are issues will ruin any business.
A good business owner would inform guest of the seating policy and avoid this discussion altogether. Best of luck to you .

Had an early Sunday dinner after getting fitted for skiis. We have been to Bibi'z a few times but first time during this whole Covid19 pandemic. They have outdoor seating, a decent amount of tables and chairs. The 10x10 tents have space heaters to keep you warm, nice touch. Lamb chops were delicious, juicy, good serving size and perfectly seasoned. The chimichurri skirt steak was amazing, perfectly cooked, crust on the outside, totally juicy on the inside. Side veggies were a little light on the seasoning but done perfectly. Kids loved the calamari. Environment is great, loved having a casual outdoor dinner. Better than the food is the service. Super friendly staff, attentive, helpful, and they truly genuine. We wish them all the best during Covid19, definitely a great spot.
Great food, service and atmosphere. My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner this evening and will return again soon. I had the chipotle penne and my husband had the short ribs. Both were excellent. We sat at a table near the fire place. The waitress was very attentive. Several people enjoyed birthday dinners at adjacent tables, festive and elegant atmosphere.
