Absolutely the rudest people I have ever worked with. I called into the customer service line and had to wait on hold for 30 min before any one picked up. Then the lady that did answer had the biggest attitude huffing and puffing like it was such a huge inconvenience to assist me. If it's really that much of a hassle to do your job then don't work in customer service. But then she put me on hold again for another 20 min. If I could give 0 stars from my experience I would.

Sent an email to CS team about limited mobility options for a Shower and the rep gave the most minimal answer --absolutely no help. No longer am I a fan of the brand. USELESS SUPPORT.

I needed some additional information before making a decision about a handheld shower head. The girl I spoke to in customer service was extremely helpful. She emailed me specs on the two I was deciding between enabling me to make an informed decision. Thank you, great customer service.

Google really needs to add a 0 star rating. I purchased 2 "Alexandria" model hand held showers from Wayfair through Ebay. They arrived in perfect condition packaged in Speakman cartons. Both of them failed to work properly after just a couple of months use. The problem is that you can no longer adjust the stream from a fine spray to a strong massage stream. The adjustment bezel just spins and does nothing. I cleaned both shower heads as told by customer service and still had the same problem. I emailed a copy of my receipts to customer service as asked and after 2 days i got a response from Talitha asking if I can send her a video of the problem. I did that the next day only to get a response within hours that she can't help me because the purchase was made trough Ebay. Really??? Why waste my time recording a video when you already knew where I purchased them? Why even make me dig up the receipts to send to you when I told the rep on the phone where I bought them ? Your customer service is a bigger joke than the Made in China product you sell now with a useless Lifetime Warranty. Buyer Beware!
