I took my car to get the breaks fixed and was givin the run around for 4 days and I paid the man 200$ up front n the day I go to pick my car up he says he went to drive the car and my transmission broke then tried to tell me I can get it fixed for 500 more dollars and that didn t sit well with me specially when in the past he used a zip tie to (fix) a muffler on my brothers car they do work for a low cost but you definitely get what ur paying for and in my case I lost money and a car

Use to be the best now he's a stressed out mess. Had my car for weeks kept changing what parts were needed and never got the same story twice. Almost a thousand dollars later he gave me half the parts back cause they weren't needed after all, but that's why he had the car for weeks........and it's still not fixed

I usually work on my own cars but Bhatti Auto Group is one of the only places I'll trust when I'm feeling lazy. They replaced my fathers differential nice and quickly and got him back on the road! Great team, Great service!

got my car water pump thermostat and exhaust done and this man did his thing to my car and got her running in pristine condition and made sure my exhaust was done right before i got my car back she sounds so quiet and runs so smooth, will do business again and highly recommend anybody to go there ,he will work with u

I was charged $2500 to get my bumper and grille and a few other things fixed/replaced. Because of a misunderstanding with my insurance I had to pay the balance out of pocket which was not an issue. I was told that my car would be fixed within 2-3 days but I didnt actually get my car until 2.5 weeks later and the communication was terrible. The owner kept telling me that it would be done later that day but the whole day would pass and I would hear nothing from him this continued for many days. I eventually went to the shop and seen he hadnt worked on the car at all but keot telling me it would be done by the end of the day. The pieces were sitting in and around my car. He said he would fix my tire for free for the inconvenience but in the end tried to charge me when I never asked him to fix it. It was a very frustrating experience. I receiced my car without the fog light intact. He said he would call when he gets the part and it was included in the original 2500 he charged. He also tried to charge me close to $2,800 in the end to include taxes but he had forgotten that he already "included taxes" in the $2500. It is now 5 months later and still nothing. I would never bring my car here again or recommend anyone else to. Im just glad to have my car up and running again.

They do good work, but take forever unless you stay on top of them.
