Buy a 50 inch Smart TV HISENSE. I had problems, I demanded the guarantee and they told me that I should take it to Lomas de zamora to repair or change it. In the warranty I was told that it took 15 days for the change or repair. It was delivered on March 25. To date, 1 month, they tell me that there are no spare parts and I still do not have a TV, which I also use to work because I make graphic design. I claim almost daily and they do not give me a solution. They are a disaster

They are the worst brand of vacuum cleaners !!! You can not be so incompetent! I go 8 months 8 MONTHS !! looking for a filter for a vacuum cleaner, contact me with your attention center, send mails to ALL the authorized service locations, that they have on your page and those that indicate you when you call or write, NONE have a simple filter and even recognize that they can not ask for it because the spare parts delivery service is bad, their own service centers make them look bad! For enough patience, finally the emails simply stopped responding. Totally disappointed and I will surely never buy again and I will recommend that nobody do it.

I bought 1 motorcycle g5 plus and the screen was screwed, it was repaired and they left the screen poorly sealed, when a wet cotton was passed, 1 drop of water broke in and they did not take over I bought an electric oven and the sheet x inside was stained all over, and it was 3 times that I cooked. I bought a 23-liter BGH Quick CHef microwave less than 3 years ago, which had all the paint skipped from the front frame, where the door rests. Really a shame that a microwave that should have a finish that resists heat, is finished with a paint that looks like an ordinary synthetic. Of terror everything. First they do not help you at all with the purchase. 2nd if you managed to buy and pay for the page they send you an email with the purchase and there they tell you that your merchandise will be delivered to you after 15 business days. A disaster. Buy an AA smart of 3000 frigorias that came failed. They wanted to repair it 4 times and it never worked. Now they just pulled out, they checked the fault and I'm fighting to get my money back. I had to buy another equipment xq they left me 3 months without air conditioning. A shame of company!

I don't give 0 because you can't buy a cell phone in December and for January it didn't work anymore. I took technical service and they returned me the same. I DON'T WANT THE CELL, I WANT MY MONEY. Nobody looks at me and they pass me from phones to phones and NOBODY knows what I have to do.

It's a shame, we bought a BGH multisplit through the INGES Szpiezak company 5 months ago, we paid in dollars and a fortune, 82 days ago we were unable to use the equipment since the plate was burned and they did not offer us any solution. I have had the bad luck of trusting BGH, wanting to find a quality national product. I bought a BGH Positive Notebook 1.5 years ago. During the warranty period I already had memory failures twice. They had no choice but to change it (leaving me 2 months without a PC, obviously). After the warranty, the machine practically broke up: New memory failures, keyboard failure, cooler, and now (yes, today) the hard drive stopped responding. The quality of the BGH products is really PESIMA !!!!. Please, gentlemen buyers, choose another brand. It is a shame for the Argentine Industry.

On 12/30/18 I purchased an air conditioner (hisense from BHG) for personal use in the trade "FRAVEGA" I purchased it and paid as a first class equipment, install and pay for the installation. A week, I stopped working, the installer verified that there is no problem in its installation. When corroborating this, the technical service of the guarantee was called, that came to verify that there are no losses in the installation, when guaranteeing this, they decided to take it away (1/17/19) and to the day of today they say to me that the equipment lost the gas and had a deactivated valve that is not responsible for the loss of gas, do not know where it lost it, reinstalled it on 1/31/19 and it worked only 1 day and stopped working again. Since I bought it I could only use it for 5 days, BGH does not give me an accurate answer to my problem. I called again on Monday 4/2/19 to resume the claim, they told me that in 48h they would give me an answer (obviously they did not call me) I called, and they told me to verify my installation (When I checked it 3 times and the technical service left that the installation did not show leaks) now they ask me to wait again 72hs. I feel like they are making fun of me. Buy a $ 19,000 air conditioner, pay $ 4000 for your installation and I can not use it, BHG does not take charge and does not give me a solution. I proceeded to request a consumer defense hearing.

Very bad products, I bought a Smart TV and the LEDs died a year later and there was no point in repairing it. After a Silent Air Air Conditioner at two years, with little use, I stop walking and to make it repair, they bump me with the management. They sell failed products and then they don't want to change them !!! Not a partial or total change. I bought an air conditioning and after 6 months I stop working !! According to his service, who came to place it said that it is a manufacturing defect !!! The guarantee ok, thanks. They just want to patch up the equipment (because it loses gas) they sell you first class products and charge you as such and they ARE A DISASTER !!! It is obvious that I am going to report it to consumer protection !!!
