We purchased the service plan from BFS after we purchased our new home a year ago. No one came out to access anything they just took our payment.
This year our Air condition system stopped working and we called them for service. A technician comes to our home in flip flops and states we do NOT service this Air Condition. Didnt bother even looking at the air handler in the attic and took my $55 deductible for service call.
