Beyond Roofing went beyond my expectations! Referred to us from a friend, recently during a real estate transaction and just a week or two from our closing date, their company snapped into action. They impressively did the job, including roofing four structures and over 100 feet of new gutters in less than 2 days! Took much of the stress off all parties involved. Great quality work and customer service!

I've interviewed lots of roofers in my time, and these pros are in the top tier, by far my favorite. Straight forward and honest, they exhibit the enthusiasm of youth and the wisdom and experience of decades of superior performance, I would work with them any time.

Both Dan and Brian are wonderful, professional and kind people. They worked hard with my insurance company to get the right products and the correct materials to provide a beautiful roof that will last for years and meet the current building code..even my flat roof which proved a stumbling block for the insurance. The construction crew were efficient and cleaned up my yard. I didn t find one nail. They even kept an eye on my dog and ran after her when she escaped once. The gutter installers were also very efficient and also left my yard clean and neat. Thank you Beyond Roofing.

Brian Friend was great! He came out, met with the insurance adjuster and made sure that the process was seamless. He stayed in communication to ensure my dog was removed and not upset by the process and followed up with the permit inspection. He had done work for almost every family member I have and I would use him again! oh yeah - HE IS LOCAL!

I have worked with, and known Ken Strecker for many years and when I asked him to come out to look at my roof, which had already been checked by another roofer, I was fully prepared to have Beyond Roofing put on a new roof. Much to my surprise, Ken said I didn't need a new roof. I jokingly said "you know you don't make any money, if this doesn't happen"? I can only say that I have never worked with another contractor who is as honest, and up front as Ken with Beyond Roofing. I will definitely use Ken and this company when I actually need a new roof, and will recommend them to my clients and fellow Realtors.

I hired Beyond Roofing to take down my swamp cooler and an old satellite dish that was no longer need and patch the places they previously had been. Pretty simple job. The project was done pretty quickly and they were able to match my current roof shingles pretty closely. From the ground you can't really tell the roof had been patched. They hauled away the cooler and the satellite dish for me and everything was cleaned up after they were done. The price was pretty comparable to the other quotes I got, and was the best price. The project manager explained everything they were doing and I'm happy with the outcome of the project.

I worked with Ken at Beyond Roofing and had a great experinece. They installed gutters and downspouts on my new home. They were professional, prompt and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated their attention to detail, follow up and customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Wow! What a great experience working with this company! We were selling and needed some last-minute work done. First, I was so appreciative that they actually called me back. How many service companies don't even call you back? Then when they heard it was something that needed to be done quickly, they squeezed us in and fixed the problem. Absolutely a first rate company. Professional, communicative, prompt, and most importantly, understanding. After needing my roof replaced from hail damage, I was looking for a roofing company that wasn't a "fly by night" outfit from out of state that you'll never see again. My insurance agent is a man I trust and he recommended Beyond Roofing without hesitation. From the first communication with Bryan, I knew we were in good hands. My wife and I were expecting our first baby and Bryan made very sure that we could complete the work on the house before the little one came. Once we had our date set, weather pushed us back a few times, but all was explained clearly and every effort made to get back on track. My wife unexpectedly went into labor a month early the morning of the planned roofing install and Bryan, Dan, Joseph, Michael, everyone pulled out all the stops and got our roof replaced while we were in the hospital. We came home to a finished roof, no need to stress about hammering or construction with a premie infant in the house. After the job, everyone kept in touch to make sure we were happy and that the roof was done to the highest standards. My neighbors all have signs in their yards from companies that they will probably never hear from again or tell their friends about, but our roof is a Beyond Roof and I'm certain that should we EVER need them, they WILL be just a phone call away. We went through multiple different roofing companies and got quotes from 5. Beyond Roofing was one of the most affordable. We initially picked another company being the cheapest trying to save $100. Boy was THAT a mistake. After signing a contract for that price, they inflated the cost to almost double saying it was an error and we needed to sign a new contract. We had to jump through hoops and retain an attorney to cancel that original contract. So you can imagine how skeptical we were when we decided to pick Beyond Roofing next. I about want to cry just thinking how lucky we got. They never raised the original price, they didn t play games, and most importantly... their work is top notch! Our house looks AMAZING. Other companies, you ll wait 2-4 weeks for material to come in, then another 2-4 weeks for the roof to be actually done. NOT with Beyond Roofing. One week! Yeup, within one week we had a signed contract and our roof done. We ended up spending additional money to re-do our decking... but it was our choice.

What we suggest to people is do your research. Read the reviews. If they re off by a couple hundred dollars, go with Beyond Roofing. We regret not doing that from the start because it could ve saved us 2 months of battling with another company who was shady, shady, shady!

Todd inspected our roof and Dan did our contract. Both were super responsive and would get back to us with any questions we had (which were a lot).

I had wind damage from the small storm a few weeks ago and got some leaking inside. Joseph came out assessed the roof and interior damage. He helped get the roof patched until the work could get done and everything has been so smooth. The communication was constant and left me worry free.

Bob has now become the go-to guy for projects we need done around the community. Not only is the work really great, but it's done quickly! Bob is an honest guy and communication is always really quick. I highly recommend using them!

Beyond Roofing was one of the most seemless contractor relationships I have ever had. Bob and Brian are great guys, who delivered a great product and taught me quite a bit about the insurance claims process throughout it. I had my roof and siding replaced and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend these guys.

Let me warn you about what roofing company you decide to go with. You pick the wrong one and you can be evicted from your home. It is very easy for a roofing company to put a lien on your house and you have no recourse and cannot access your equity. If what I write is false, I would get sued.
Beyond Roofing came to my door and said, You have hail damage . My husband had just died from gastric cancer and I was exhausted from taking care of him on home hospice. I never had a claim before or a new roof so I didn t understand Beyond Roofing was cheating me until it was too late.
We signed the contract in May for a Decra roof shingle. My copy of the contract only had my signature. Later, Beyond Roofing crossed out Decra but did not write in another roofing shingle and BR stated we never agreed to Decra but they wrote the contract I signed and it shows Decra. They will not inform me in writing what they put on my roof but I have learned it is a discontinued Tamko Metalworks shingle and they are Tamko Pros. They stole the insurance money and put a worthless shingle on my roof.
They finally started work late August, three months after I signed the contract, but they would send workers only once a week so the roof took seven weeks to complete. For many weeks I only had the white membrane as my roof and my neighbors kept asking if Beyond Roofing had abandoned the job. Once you sign the contract Beyond Roofing can collect money from you even if they do no work.
An inside worker stood around for three full days doing nothing because Beyond Roofing would never send a roofer to work with him. I kept begging Beyond Roofing to send workers to my house and they would ignore me. One day the owner Bob Pachmayer showed up and never came to the front door to introduce himself, I had never met him and did not know who he was. He walked through two gates to my backyard. When I came out my back door he started yelling at me and blaming me for all the problems and delays. When I started crying he laughed at me because he knew I had no recourse. You are held by the contract but Beyond Roofing is not.
Beyond Roofing installed a skylight crooked, left holes in my interior walls, roofing debris filled my attic, and they do not have to fix!!! They cheated Liberty Mutual claiming they took off composite shingles on the garage and there were never composite shingles on the garage. BR is not satisfied making a normal profit and will cheat to get more $$$. They tried and failed to take almost $4000 my insurance company was reimbursing me, they were not awarded this money in arbitration so they did not get everything they were trying to steal from me. Read the back of the contract, they can take the insurance money even if the money is your reimbursement and rightfully yours.
The gutters are unsightly and leak. BR started threatening me with an 18% lien on my property. I received no warranties. The will not inform me what shingle they put on my roof but it is not the one in the contract.
We went to arbitration and Brian Friend and David Pursley lied in affidavits but would not be available to be cross-examined. Beyond Roofing uses a very expensive national law firm so you will never win against them even if they outright commit fraud. Bob Pachmayer bought a roofing company with a great reputation but he decided to trade the reputation for ill-gotten gains. Greed and trying to put a recent widow out on the street makes him laugh. I am financially ruined but I am still here to warn others. This was the worst experience of my life and I am close to 60 and my husband had just died. Roof Corp and Oh My Roof both helped me after I was swindled and they seem like really good companies.

Ken Strecker helped us get some minor repairs completed on our roof for the sale of our home. He was extremely responsive and quick to get the work done. Workmanship and customer service is A+.

I usually don't review things but I have to admit Jake Gammil from Beyond Roofing deserves to be recognized. I had a disaster headed my way after some tough weather and i was left with a scared family. After a couple phone calls to different companies I finally got connected with someone who showed compassion to my situation and truly seemed to understand where i was at. He was attentive through the whole process and explained every step of the way how things would play out. In a time when I was unsure for my family and myself Jake gave us all confidence in moving forward with our lives. I highly recommend Jake Gammil and Beyond Roofing.

Beyond Roofing replaced around 40 cracked concrete tiles on my roof. They found a good match to the old tiles, even though the original manufacturer is gone. They used a drone to assess the project, whereas other companies have people get up on the roof, which results in more broken tiles. The service was done within days after agreeing on a contract, and the owner was very accommodating to my requests for providing extra tiles and work documentation. The workers were very friendly and took care not to damage anything around the house by falling old tiles. The work was done in a couple of hours, roof looks great. Very good experience, would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

The most dishonest and unorganized company I've ever had to deal with. Avoid, avoid, avoid. They will insist it's necessary to see what your insurance company is willing to pay, then require it be paid in full before they will even start their work. They are in a hurry to get your money, but not to complete any work. They took 6 weeks alone just to give us a screen for our window. They hire contractors to come to your house and never schedule any of this, so you wake up at 730 am to a complete stranger banging on your door to "work" on projects....don't even get me started on the crappy contractors they hire to actually do the work.

Fast, thorough, and professional. You never know what you are going to get with contractors, but I am EXTREMELY pleased with this experience. These guys handled every detail (making my life significantly easier) from meeting the insurance adjuster to cleaning up every scrap left over. The crew all spoke English and the foreman or manager or whatever oversaw the whole process; he was a roofer, not just a salesman.

I have worked with Beyond Roofing before and they never disappoint! They got my roof, gutters and window wraps done incredibly quickly and I never had to stress about the job getting done. I highly recommend them!
