Was called in for my procedure before scheduled appointment. Liked that, the technician was friendly and courteous. My procedure was quick, not rushed, and seemed easy.

My parents recently received both vaccines at Beverly Hospital. They were so thankful and pleased with the services available and received. The staff was very pleasant and happy they were seen in a timely manner. Great job to all nurses and staff

Had a surgery here couple days ago and was well cared for. The nurses and staff was very caring and made me feel that I wasn t just a number but a person and a patient.

The Nurses and Doctors are amazing and very accommodating. My family was comfortable and well taken care of by the nursing staff. The facility is also very nice and clean, I d definitely recommend this hospital.

The staff are really nice I was at the er and the nurses were really polite and professional the waiting time was less than 20 minutes

I was admitted to the Hospital for an infection on my ankle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay I had surgery on my ankle, treatment was great. Now I'm on my way to recovery.

MUST READ!!! I had a horrendous experience during my emergency visit on Tuesday, 8/3/2021. MIRA from the Triage Department came outside to complete my intake information and was extremely rude, unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful. This nurse MIRA had no empathy and made me feel like I didn t belong in the emergency room. MIRA was very condescending and demonstrated that she was bothered to help me. I will be filing a complaint with the Hospital and her superiors. I will NEVER return to this Hospital! Side note: Emergency rooms/restrooms are dirty and unsanitary. I was given a dirty blanket and gown.

I was treated with respect from The Emergency Room to my 5th floor admission that same night. They were caring and asked how I was feeling several times.
The Doctors, Nurses and everyone that was involved in my healthcare were so caring and amazing.
I highly recommend Beverly Hospital to everyone. They really care about their Patients and are Professional and Caring.
