MUST READ!!! I had a horrendous experience during my emergency visit on Tuesday, 8/3/2021. MIRA from the Triage Department came outside to complete my intake information and was extremely rude, unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful. This nurse MIRA had no empathy and made me feel like I didn t belong in the emergency room. MIRA was very condescending and demonstrated that she was bothered to help me. I will be filing a complaint with the Hospital and her superiors. I will NEVER return to this Hospital! Side note: Emergency rooms/restrooms are dirty and unsanitary. I was given a dirty blanket and gown.
