I ve been working at BetterUp for several months now. I ve worked in various settings and have had rewarding and fulfilling jobs over the years - and nowhere have I met a warmer, more thoughtful, inclusive, creative, high-energy and overall fun group of people. BetterUp truly supports the development of its people - on both the professional and the personal front, and the culture truly allows for employees to bring their whole selves to work. I m appropriately challenged, highly supported and deeply inspired by my peers and the organization. I couldn t recommend it more highly.

I have been a coach working within organizations for over 6 years now, and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and support from the team here at BetterUp. They do have high expectations for those they hire as coaches and staff, and I gather that their biggest expectation is that those wanting to join the team need to have a vision for what coaching can provide as we make it more and more accessible worldwide. Since the vision is to be able to offer coaching across the globe, the BetterUp team and the coaches come from widely diverse backgrounds and cultures, and it is great to be plugged into such a diverse community of coaches. I am thrilled to be able to work with an organization that has this vision embedded from the top down.

I have been working at BetterUp for over two years now with nothing but great things to say about them as an employer. The people first culture has created an environment where I can be my authentic self. It has allowed me to develop my leadership skills in a way that hasn't been possible at other places I have worked. I am also a new father and BetterUp went out of its way to support me and new family with generous paternity leave and coaching support for all the transitions happening in my life. I really felt supported and valued as an employee.

Disappointing right out of the gate. The tech doesn t work so can t fill out the assessment. The 30 day trial ended quickly after less than 2 weeks. Lots of inconsistencies. Too bad seems like a lot of potential.

I joined BetterUp six months ago and it has been an incredible experience. I was blown away by how intentional the founders have been in designing a distinct company culture. In my experience this is not the norm for a company at this stage experiencing such rapid growth. The deliberate focus on creating a thriving culture attracts amazing talent. Everyday I am grateful that I get to work with brilliant, humble, and mission aligned colleagues.
