I just purchased a home that was owned and listed by one of their agents and am absolutely appalled at the condition it was left in. The owner/ agent left a basement full of his old possessions to include dozens mason jars full of moldy preserved goods, and an old broken refrigerator with rotting food in it. If this is any indication of how Better Properties runs their business I would stay clear.

These guys sold me a house with no ducting going to the upstairs, and a heat pump that did not work. If you do business with them make sure you get the best home inspector in the state of Washington!! They also did not finish all of the repairs agreed to on our inspection report. Buyer Beware!!!
