They were able to get a response for me from Kia Motors Finance when I was unable to get anywhere with them by calling the customer service number, even after requesting to have a supervisor to call me back, which never happened.
I appreciate them getting a response for me and it being the one I wanted.
Better business bureau is helping the community. They intervene when consumers are wrongfully marketed, sold or billed for service or product in a predatory manner. I am 100% pleased with BBB in helping me resolve my case with a large business. I would like to thank BBB, a saving grace for the consumer to seek redemption.
BBB of San Diego has helped me in the past resolve a dispute with a very difficult to deal with business. Without BBB, I would have had to take them to court to resolve the matter.
Based on my experience, I would recommend trying to resolve the business matter via BBB first. It is simple to do (file a dispute via web site) and might return positive results.
I am surprised by a very low rating BBB of San Diego has on Google. It almost deterred me from using this avenue of dispute resolution.
Luckily, I disregarded the low rating and filed the dispute.
BBB was very quick to follow up on my complaint. Things were settled in a timely manner and I had a satisfactory outcome.

I have been a member of the BBB for almost 20 years, they are a stand up organization. do what they say, even when I have had really difficult people to deal with, that have complained with our business. the BBB stepped in, was fair and thorough in investigating the facts, made an effort to be fair to both parties and resolved the issue when a one on one could not. they rate businesses based on performance, not because you might advertise with them as others have said. and better business members actually care about customer service. I trust the BBB and would recommend any business owner to become a member, being good at what we maters, the BBB matters.

They have acknowledged my complaint about another company. And they are trying to get it resolved. I appreciate their effort.
BBB is a excellent office, they are slow, because they need wait for the feedback from the office you putted the claim, I putted and they called me after 30 days but they resolved my problem and I'm very happy now.
Great help and made the necessary contact to the business to help solve the issue that I had.
