Excellent service!! I am new to the area and have only gone in for an oil change once but I love how they check things over. The other day I was having issues with getting air in my tires and they took care of that right away. Friendly people, great atmosphere, fair prices, and top notch customer service!

Bought a Hyundai in the last year and I have been having the regular service done here. Spencer in the service department is very friendly. They do need to update the customer waiting area as compared to other dealerships. This is very lacking in what is offered for convenience; place to work, drinks/snacks etc. The corn hole tables are nice if the kids are with for an oil change but one has been broken for a long time now.
They we're very pleasant and kind, and shout out to Andrew! For going way beyond being a salesman, felt the like a best friend instantly. Would recommend to everyone.

Our vehicle needed to be towed from a distance away, and they did a great job looking it over and giving us a clear estimate and timeline for repair. I would steer clear of this dealership and in particular - the service department. The service department is headed by an honorable guy makes spencer but the truth his, his manager and some of the mechanics are shady individuals.
Reasons:
1. I had my front ball bearing joint replaced and they put it on backwards. I found out after it breaking down again mid drive. They fixed it free of charge the second time, but it s clear that shouldn t have happened.
2. They said they fixed multiple recalls, but every time I had a recall fixed, within 3-10 days a new issue appeared out of nowhere; once it was directly related to the recall. Normally I would dismiss my paranoia, but 3 times is enough to convince me of foul play.
3. They overcharge for their parts by 50%-200% and simple headlight fixes become $450 fiascos.
Because of my reoccurring issues with both this dealership, the service department, and Hyundai, I have sold my Hyundai and bought a new car.
Do not go through the same experience as me. They front-facing employees are kind and respectful, worthy of positive interaction, but their mechanical service says otherwise.

They got me right in and did a wonderful job. Very friendly and efficient.
Don't buy from these people. They really are friendly and go the extra mile to sell you a car but after that you are on your own. There follow up and service is terrible. My daughter leased a car from them and as soon as she left the dealership she received terrible service with an issue she had with her car. After multiple phone call to the dealership she still has not hear anything back and this issue has not been resolved. Save your money, buy from another dealership.
Spencer was super helpful and I was able to get the snow tires put on and other maintenance completed quickly!
Watch your paperwork carefully, they snuck in a $2,800 warranty and now I'm having a hard time getting it refunded. My signature is not on the contract but yet they will not refund my money.

Trying to get service done and pricing on upgrades. I have only received the phone run around, no returned calls, rude service and incorrect hours of operation on website. This is the 3rd bad experience. I will never call this company for anything!
They do a fantastic job. It doesn't matter what make of car, they can work on it. I bring my Caravan here for most of the work I need done on it. When you get an oil change, they also wash your car too. And, the best part of all, they're dog friendly. I always bring my Bulldog with me. She's happy, she HATES being left behind.

The work was done promptly. Only one thing was less than perfect and that is the pressure in my tire is was not properly handled. I think it was overlooked because when I left all my tire pressures were different. However I returned a few days later and the manager promptly took care of making my tire pressure perfect in all my tires.
I drove almost an hour there after talking with a salesman who said they could get a car in my price range. After waiting almost an hour for my trade in to be appraised, they would not give me what I needed even though I had a higher trade in offer at 3 other dealers. Plus the salesman really wasn't that friendly.

as I did not have an appointment for the oil change. They got me in and completed the task within an hour. Both Tiffany and Josh both tried to sell me a new Hyundai but just not quite ready. They too were very professional.

Worst customer service ever!! They are liars and they only go the extra mile for who they want. I brought my car in to get serviced and I was to get set up with a loaner car but when I got her I was told that they gave my loaner car away to someone else. So I was stuck waiting for my window and radio to be repaired. If you buy or lease from this place get ready to get the run around
