I would steer clear of this dealership and in part...
I would steer clear of this dealership and in particular - the service department. The service department is headed by an honorable guy makes spencer but the truth his, his manager and some of the mechanics are shady individuals.
Reasons:
1. I had my front ball bearing joint replaced and they put it on backwards. I found out after it breaking down again mid drive. They fixed it free of charge the second time, but it s clear that shouldn t have happened.
2. They said they fixed multiple recalls, but every time I had a recall fixed, within 3-10 days a new issue appeared out of nowhere; once it was directly related to the recall. Normally I would dismiss my paranoia, but 3 times is enough to convince me of foul play.
3. They overcharge for their parts by 50%-200% and simple headlight fixes become $450 fiascos.
Because of my reoccurring issues with both this dealership, the service department, and Hyundai, I have sold my Hyundai and bought a new car.
Do not go through the same experience as me. They front-facing employees are kind and respectful, worthy of positive interaction, but their mechanical service says otherwise.
