Excellent hotel in its category, spacious rooms, impeccable cleaning and very comfortable beds. The spectacular breakfast, great variety in breads, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs etc, unfortunately we did not have much time to enjoy it with tranquility. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, good food and very good attention. I was there in August 2018. I recommend it !!!!

Good family sized room at a good price including breakfast. Room was clean and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. Hotel is situated very close to the centre with the added benefit of free parking. Would recommend the hotel and will stay again in the future.

Since they refurbed this hotel it is now a very nice environment offering a simple coffee or more to non residents also. Full English breakfast was lovely served in the downstairs area. Great for a casual chat or more. They even have a more private table for 14 or so you can book.

The third time I have walked out of this place because of the terribly slow service. It doesn't make sense to spend so much money renovating the place to such a nice standard and then staff it so poorly.
The foursome next to me also walked out, 2 large gins and 2 large glasses of wine missed because the only person behind the bar was an untrained kid on his own. Frankly ridiculous !!

Good location, great outdoor bar/pizza area. We had requested a large family room and the hotel arranged a room with a double, 3 singles and a cot which was great, as most hotels we need 2 rooms for our larger family. Friendly service. Breakfast was average in quality, though a good choice of cooked and cold buffet options.

One of my favorite hotels when in this area. Maintains it's "Old World" charm, couples with very nice modern facilities. The bar up front is a great place to spend a couple of hours, and the bar staff there was super friendly.
Finding the entrance to the car parking is a bit of a challenge though. Watch out for the Three Swans parking direction signs as you reach the center of the town.

Stayed for a weekend as we were visiting for a friend's wedding. Splashed out a but on the three swans in comparison to some other local hotels. I was a bit disappointed that the block I was in was surrounded by a car park and next to an MOT garage. Rooms were clean but are starting to get a bit rough around the edges. Breakfast was a hot buffet and was ok when there was food actually a available. We had to wait 15 mins at one point just to get a plate.

All in all nice hotel but would not recommend at the current price tag.

For a fantastic night sleep, great service no matter what time and an ideal location in the rural heart of England, look no further than The Three Swansea Hotel.

The food is excellent, the bedroom is extremely comfortable and very spacious and everything going you could ever want is found in this hotel.

1 star is being kind. Orange juice thrown over us - very apologetic but no offer of a free drink. Main meals not as ordered (pork instead of turkey) and cold. General quality of food poor and wine undrinkable. Puddings didn't arrive after 45mins. People on table next to us had similar problems with their cream teas. They were understaffed and the waitress moaned about it rather too much.

Two night stayed for sending the kids summer school here at Brooke House College. The location is quite right in the middle of town center.

Stayed third floor of conference room building.Rooms are spacious but putting the big furnitures make the rooms congested.

The weather was so hot and rooms are design for cold weather. The door cannot be opened easily to get the chill breeze. Not good for people with heavy luggages as the elevator is quite freaking old, making noises scared people away.

Staff are just ok. The outside place of bar is quite cozy and fantastic to enjoy the atmosphere. But on weekends if you are early sleeper the bar serve until midnight. The prize are quite reasonable. The food are tasty and served large potion. But the breakfast should be improved as less variety to choose.

Nice hotel, very handy for the shops etc. Bar was really cozy and nice with a great drink selection. Didn't have food there so can't review, but breakfast was nice enough, set out a bit awkwardly in places so if you get a few greedy pushy types it takes a while to sort yourself out. Would recommend though, very nice.

Not used the hotel, but we ate in the restaurant/pub several times. Great food! The staff have all been wonderful and extra friendly, making sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, allowing us to eat each incredible meal - including dessert!- in comfort. When we were in Market Harborough, the choice for lunch was always "The Swans".

Staying the night tonight after getting snowed in. Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, comfortable and luxurious. Many amenities including sky TV in the room, free WiFi, dressing gown, slippers, tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits all included in the price. Couldn't be happier. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
