Best Western Sunnyside Inn / Days Inn Review

Great place. Love the pool and the views. Room is nice, but the air is not continuing to cool the room.

Visited some friends and family in the area. The hotel has always been a great place to stay and relax.

Great staff and beautiful property. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit bouncy and the coffee in room and at breakfast buffet was pretty bad, other than that good experience. The pool and hot tub we're very clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again, but I'd bring my own coffee.

This is a lovely hotel that I have stayed in many times. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are nice and the beds are comfortable.

This is the only hotel I would choose to stay at in Sunnyside.

The Breakfast is wonderful, the chief is wonderful to work with.

This property has a great staff. Especially, Darlene, who was at check-in and made our omelets the next morning. She never lost her smile. Robert made the omelets on our second morning. He made sure everyone in the room was happy and bussed tables. I have never been to a Best Western where they bussed our table. Kind of a nice treat.

This property also offers Hot Dogs, Soup and cookies in the evenings.

The beds are my only deterrent. They are too soft.

Reasonable price and a very nice hotel.

Look South and you can see Mt Rainier... Sunnyvale/ Yakima is in some STUNNING country and still a bit "under developed".

Solid breakfast here. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is awesome.

The best place to stay at in Sunnyside. Right off freeway and close to everything. Great staff and clean rooms.

Today (May 5th, 2017) is the fourth time since the first of the year I've had things come up missing or stolen from this hotel.- Since May of 2014 I have stayed over 800 (Eight Hundred) nights at 4 different Best Western Plus locations. - I have spent over 100 nights at this location in Sunnyside, Washington since 1-1-17. - Since I stay at extended periods of time I use the guest laundry to wash my clothes weekly - The guest laundry has one washer and one dryer. - The first time items went missing were a load of clothes from the dryer in a span of an hour and a half. - I ask hotel personnel if they had seen anyone in the laundry room or if someone may have unloaded them and brought them to the front desk but nobody from the front desk, housekeeping or maintenance had noticed anyone in the laundry room or had anybody brought them to the desk. - The next item that went missing was an iPhone 6 but I was unsure whether I may have left it somewhere or if someone stole it. - I ask the front desk if they would ask everyone if they had seen it and if not please be on the lookout for it. - It is still missing and after today I am sure someone stole it. - The next item that went missing was a very expensive jacket. - I had washed the jacket and ask the manager and the front desk clerk (Not blaming them) if it was okay to hang it outside on the patio to dry. - The next morning it was missing. - Same routine and again nobody had seen anything. - Today was the last straw. - I was doing my laundry - I had a load of clothes in the washer, a load in the dryer and a load sitting on the shelf in the laundry room in a trash bag . - Inside the bag were 3 or 4 face towels (Hotel Property) a pair of Under Armour socks and an Under Armour shirt. - I went to the laundry room to swap the loads around. - When I noticed my items missing. I went directly to the front desk and reported that my items were missing and that this made the fourth time that I've had things missing or stolen. - The young lady at the front desk said she did not know that I've had items go missing in the past so that means the hotel did not perform due diligence in trying to locate my other items. - of course nobody had seen anything. - After approx. 30 minutes I went back to the front desk and ask if they had contacted either one of them and they said no but no employees had seen anything. - Went to the desk the 3rd time, same thing. - Went to the desk the 4th time and the maintenance supervisor told me that the owner had seen the items on the shelf in the laundry and brought them to house keeping but there was not any detergent, dryer sheets or shirt only the face towels and a pair of socks plus he had talked to the owner and he told him they were not responsible for items that go missing. - That was like slapping me in the face. - I insisted I had an Under Armour Shirt in the bag. - I came back to my room and 15 minutes later the maintenance supervisor knocked on my door and handed me my shirt. - I expected more concern from a owner of a Best Western Plus instead of the same ole "We Are Not Responsible For Personal Items That Go Missing".

By reading your response it is evident that either I did not communicate or you misunderstood my whole problem with this matter. Pat, you and Darlene were at the desk the day I hung my jacket outside. I asked you if it would be okay to hang the jacket outside. I m not saying you told me it would be safe to hang it there.

Your emailed response and the owner s message to me is missing the only thing I wanted. Both show no concern to your customers. Not once in the owners or your response did either you apologize for my missing items.

I never ask for monetary or any other compensation for those items. Although it would have been nice if y all would have offered a couple of nights for free.

All I wanted was genuine concern, an apology and due diligence performed in trying to locate those items but again not wanting to be presumed liable sometimes gets in the way of doing what is morally and Biblically right.

I have recently discovered Best Western Plus Inns.

Our stay in Sunnyside WA was excellent from check in, comfort of bed, cleanliness of room , breakfast ( Erica makes the best omelet), service thru checkout. I highly recommend this hotel

Such a nice hotel in Sunnyside. The breakfast is SO good and the staff make the stay fun. The kids love the indoor pool and had a blast swimming for hours. It was a great stay!

I would rate this place at 4.5 stars! The ONLY tgings I can think of that weren't perfect, was the shower leaked onto the floor in the king jucuzzi suite, and there are no balconies at this hotel. Everything else about staying here was exceedingly better than most hotels I've stayed at. Stayed here to meet family and let my daughters go to Idaho with them, and absolutely loved our stay. We liked it so much we rebooked the room for when we met to pick up my girls 4 weeks later.

Perfect spot! Really central to so many wineries.Breakfast was amazing and the soup at dinner time was great!!! Friendly and helpful staff. We had such a nice time!!!

Bed was decent, but hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. Good breakfest though. Fresh made waffles

We attended a family gathering at the Best Western Plus Grapevine In. The pool area and back yard/ outdoor patio were a big hit. The kids loved playing in the pool. We opened the outside door to let some of the humidity out and fresh air in. Overall, we had a great time using the facilities!!

Clean room, helpful staff. The omelette bar in the morning was great.

This place is amazing!! Clean!! I look for a place that is clean and this one sure is. I have stayed several times these past couple months and my kids love it!! Prices are great and breakfast and dinner served. Friendly staff just amazing. I d recommend this place to any friend or family member!!

I have a sister in this town who lives in assisted living. We stay at this hotel when we come to visit her.
We stayed there a lot 3 years ago when my my brother was on hospice. The owner/manager went out of his way to help us
This hotel has been a gift from God numerous times as we have dealt with very stressful family situations in Sunnyside.
To have such a clean, friendly place to return each night meant a lot to us. Their outstanding breakfasts and soup suppera saved money and time.

Hot tub was out of order. Took almost an hour for our room to be ready after we got there even though we told them we needed to get to a wedding.

Greatest Motel in WASHINGTON state. NICEST PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY..

Very clean, beautiful room. Good mattress and bedding. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool area and outside seating. Great views from the patio area. Grounds are nice, too.

Great value! Super clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (From made to order omelettes to muffins, hashbrowns, fresh oatmeal..., the selection is enough to please anyone), Evening snacks offered to guests, amazing location with a view of the Vineyard. Our family loves to go to Sunnyside every year to pick blueberries. We will definitely keep coming to the Best Western Grapevine Inn.

Staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot and tasty. View from dinning room was very pretty.

Clean rooms with lots of space the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfasts were wo derful lots of things for kids and adults. In the afternoon they have hot dogs soup and cookies in the large area overlooking the grape vine. Pool and hot tub is small but a good temperature also over looking the grape vines. If the parking lot is full there is street parking.

Loved the huge breakfast buffet in the morning and the staff of always so friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

My family and I enjoy staying here every time we come to Washington. They have great customer service and amazing breakfast. The omelette we ate was off the chart. It was massively delicious. You can add anything you want to your omelette along with muffins, danish desserts, fruit, yogurt and more. Highly recommend this Best Western, I will always keep coming back to this hotel. There is no other place that I rather stay at when I m in Washington. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for your hard work you are all amazing.

What a great place! The staff is very friendly and there are house resident cats that roam the hallways. And they allow dogs no extra charge and very clean.

This hotel is amazing! Literally the nicest hotel in the area. With every stay the service continues to get better. The room, the pool, the fitness center, and the breakfast is great!!! The staff is out of this world great. Lisa and Darlene are the greatest!

Clean, friendly but I wish the check out time was later than 11 am since the check in time is after 3pm seems kind of late for a check out time compared to other places.

A nice hotel in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was perfectly soft, a relief from the hard beds of many hotels. WIFI is speedy and breakfast was filling. A nice place for a stay when on business or visiting. Highly recommended and I will be booking my room here for all my trips to the area.

The hotel is very nice! Its huge, they are also expanding. It's great to see right off the freeway but has zero freeway noise inside the hotel. The staff are all amazing and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, I was very impressed with the condition of the room. We stayed in a double queen room and it was HUGE! The breakfast was delicious and the soup in the evening was very nice. The only disappointment was that it didnt seem the hot tub was in working order. There was a cover over it, that was literally my only problem with my stay. It would have been nice to sit in the hot tub. Quiet hotel, they do have laundry and vending machines too. I will be coming back to stay when in town again. Thank you for the wonderful weekend!

Very nice hotel located close to the freeway not to close to be bothered by noise. Staff were great and pleasant.
Breakfast bar was good with lots of choices, and they also served a few items in the evening which was greatly appreciated as the weather outside was extremely cold.

Room had a great view of grapevines and Mt. Adams. Free breakfast and dinner. Great value and a wonderful place to stay

Sunnyside Best Western plus is the absolute Best Western in the area! The manager Pat is super friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. all of the front desk ladies and the maids are friendly and helpful. The motel is clean even while it's under construction. We choose to drive the 25 minutes away from the more handy Best Western to stay at this one because of the service we've received there.

Amenities and caring staff make this hotel a great value.

Loved the stay in the midst of a wineyard with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Kids had lots of fun in the pool and gacuzzi.Next to a great italian restaurant and close to Burger king

This hotel was great. Not far from the freeway, yet tucked away in a quiet area. Some smell of cow manure, but only noticed it outside. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel with ample parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast deal, but lobby and furnishings are outdated. Dining area furniture was dirty and seats torn. Whole hotel could use an update. Location is excellent area for accessing the vineyards. There is a good restaurant just down the hill called the Green Olive, where we had a nice Italian meal including hand made pasta. Easy access to freeway; we didn't hear much traffic noise despite being near the main exit ramp. Air conditioner was a little wonky at night and loud.

Great hotel for Sunnyside. We stayed in a King, suite room. This would be a great option for those traveling with kids, extra tall ceilings made this room feel nice and large. Great accommodation for the price. One of the best breakfasts at a large hotel chain, they had a dedicated staff person make omelets on request and also waffles and pancakes. Great environment for the breakfast area. Would highly recommend this hotel for any reason for a stay in Sunnyside.

This facility is easy to find, access, and exit. Fully handicapped accessible. Typical / standard rooms with fridge & microwave. They have complimentary snacks in the evening with typical buffet breakfast.

Stayed for new years eve which was not to bad kids had fun kn the pool and hot tub very warm in the pool room. Breakfast in the morning was rejuvenating and the stay was relaxing. Its a good hotel if you need a place for the night. I would choose this one. Affordable prices also has nearby stores, gas station, movie theater, and restaurants.

Hotel was nice, staff was fine but the herd of elephants staying above me ruined my stay! Inconsiderate people up making noise and walking all night long......why is you get a room don't you just relax or sleep!

Decent room. Good location. Indoor pool. My rating reflects the fact that my room is basically above said indoor pool and the A/C didn't work properly. Tried to sleep in an 80 degree room all night. Not bro restful.
