Best Western Sunnyside Inn / Days Inn Review

I wasn't expecting much from a Best Western. We were in town for a family reunion in the area and booked this hotel. From the moment we walked in our room to the time we checked out we were surprised at how our expectations were exceeded. The staff was excellent. The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There was a great view of a small vineyard and the sunsets were spectacular. But the most surprising thing was the size of the room. It was huge! Two queens and a sofa bed. But everything was spaced out so nicely we had so much room to spare. Will definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

Stayed here while traveling cross country. Great service. The breakfast had a wonderful waffle bar. The pool was great.

The most outstanding customer service by front desk gal Adriana. She was super polite and welcoming! The hotel & rooms are super clean and we will stay here 1000 times more! 100% recommended for a good night stay!

It could hv been better. Compared to other locations. However, it's in a convenient location. The young female night front desk person was always outside with friends in parking lot. My room's floor had a stain and the carpet smelled like dog. There carpet in hallways are in need of replacing, dirty and old looking. Walls were thin I could here the person next door on his phone, coughing, vomiting and talking to another person in the room. On the other side I could hear a dog barking. Also, kids running down the hallway. The breakfast staff lady was very friendly.

Great experience and perfect location for wine tasting in Zillah, Prosser and Benton City. Good sized refrigerator in the room. BBQ grill outside. Beautiful setting near a vineyard!

Room was nice, great breakfast.and soup every day at 5pm. Nice hotel.

Always Consistent, clean and friendly. We stay here when we're in the area.

Warm soft bed, Hot breakfast, and free wifi. All and all not to bad. With good service to boot.

Best I've stayed at in awhile, well worth the money.

It was ok the bed was too bouncy and the pillows were horrible. But every thing was clean.

Spent a week in this hotel while our hardwood floors were being replaced. It is a very comfortable facility, and everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean, just a quiet, home-like atmosphere. Breakfast is ample and having a kettle of soup , hot dogs, and a cookie in the evening is appreciated by guests. Would highly recommend!

Well thought out and planned properly. Staff was friendly and helpfiul. Minor remodeling underway on the exterior and the hotel was adding more rooms. There was little impact on our stay.

Outstanding facility and staff. This was our second time staying here just love this place. The best breakfast of any hotel that we stayed. Large variety, and even staff that did the waffles and omelets.

Nice place an fancy. What I don't like is the TV is across the room from the bed and there's a wall in the way if you wanted to lay down an watch TV. Also being a new building I expected the thermostat on the wall to work but I couldn't even get it to turn on

Bed was decent, but hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. Good breakfest though. Fresh made waffles

Loved that they had food for us to eat when we checked in at 7pm and they have a beautiful eating area and one of the best breakfast bars.

Next to freeway, so rather loud especially if you open the window. Air conditioning too loud. Basic hotel. Breakfast good and staff are friendly. Good hotel for a stop on way somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable, great rooms. FANTASTIC service. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was great. Nice hot tub, but the pool is really, really small.

I've stayed here a few times while working in Sunnyside. It's very nice but kind of expensive.

My experience at the Best Western Grapevine Inn was simply amazing. I was treated very well not just as a guest but more like family. The ladies at the front desk were outstanding at every turn. The assistant GM Lisa was very helpful and accommodating when I had room changes she is a very sweet young lady and it was a pleasure to have her help. Clair, April, and Darlene were so welcoming of me and helpful with any issues or questions I may have had. The GM Pat parlin was great to interact with and was very polite and professional with any inquiry I made. The sales manager Jr De la mora is one of the most considerate and kind-hearted persons I have had the pleasure of knowing a true asset to that company and I can honestly say a dear friend of mine. The house keeper's do a great job especially the individuals who would clean my room through out my stay there Janet, Oralia, and Erika good job ladies. And last and definitely not least Mary Jane. What can I say about this young lady that I haven't already said to describe the amazing staff at the Best Western Grapevine Inn. Hardworking, exceptional, and who's customer service is absolutely wonderful. When I began my stay I was going through the hardest time I have had in my life. But because of the staff treating me with such care and love I was able to begin healing not just emotionally but also return to my normal self. And for that I can't thank them enough. My life was made better because they were in it and I am eternally grateful I love and miss all of you. Till we meet again I recommend to all my family and friends and all who read this. Stay at the Best Western Grapevine Inn you will be greated with a smile and treated like family.

April the 13th we stayed at this hotel i must say people are polite and sweet my daughter forgot her necklace on the bed later on they called my husband to let him know so he went to pick it up. Honestly is a priority

For a Best Western, this is the one to stay at. Great service, clean rooms, and now they do made to order omletes. If you have to go to the area, this is the place to stay. They also have soup and something off the grill (eg hot dogs) in the evening...I usually don't get it, but think it's a bonus.

Extremely clean hotel. Lobby is lovely with a great view of surrounding vineyards & mountains.

Breakfast is middling, but there are great eating places close by.

This hotel is an extremely good value with well kept rooms and guest facilities as well as exterior parts of building and landscaping. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The addition of laundry facilities and swimming pool just added to its value. Only other thing that would be nice is workout facilities.

Clean rooms with a decent view. Indoor pool is a little small, but kids don't care. Hot breakfast bar was well stocked and pretty tasty.

After reading the reviews i,m seeing a big red flag. All the good ratings get a response. And when theres a legitimate complaint it recieves zero responses. No reflection to Best Western but a huge red flag to this particular location for sure. i,ll just keep driving by to better place.

Pretty nice hotel. There were quite a few kids running around and blocking the stairs, but I'd have to blame the parents for that and not necessarily the hotel. However, management should make sure the stairs are clear at all times.

Our room was quite nice and it didn't have anything wrong with it. The king room has a microwave, a fridge, a desk, and a chair that looked like it was straight out of the '70s.

Other than my stairs issues, the hotel was quiet at night. I'd stay here again if I needed to. It's probably the best hotel in Sunnyside.

I highly recommend this motel in Grandview WA. Very clean, lovely quiet room with a view overlooking the vineyard of ripening grapes. Plenty of parking, nice warm pool and hot tub. We had a nice living area and the king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Check-in easy, though the main lobby door is locked at 10pm PT. Was quickly let in and check-in was painless (even with a new trainee). Room was a little dated, but met my needs. Bed was comfortable (not the best, but definitely not the worst I've slept on). Can't speak on the breakfast as I didn't have time to try it out. Major downside was the use of the "express check-out". Even though I provided an email (and called the morning after checking out), I am still awaiting the promised receipt. Definitely won't use this service in the future should I stay at this location again.

I can always count on Best Western to make my family's stay comfortable and convenient and the Best Western Plus Grapeview Inn in Sunnyside, Washington was no exception. Everyone is so willing to help, the rooms are great, and the breakfast is always delicious. We are Best Western members for life and where we travel depends on if we can find a Best Western in that location!

What a nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is always clean and the staff has been great! Especially Mary Jane who went out of her way to deliver excellent customer service. I hope shes a manager.

We loved the breakfast and the pool - and our room was HUGE! Beds were really comfortable. We were VERY pleasantly surprised with the hotel's condition and qualify given the price.

We enjoy staying there when we are visiting our relatives in Grandview. Now more than ever everything is clean..i enjoy sitting on the patio when the weather is good. Also, Good coffee & plenty of it.
Looking forward to our next visit. This won't be forever, but, the price was great.

Overall an above-average BW. Highlights were the comfortable beds and great breakfast omelettes. Well maintained and clean. Improves: Wifi was slow (was at the end) and a hot-tub temp should be 100-102, not 94-96. Tried explaining this to desk but didn't get anywhere. Prosser location was slightly better for me. Pretty sure they're both the same owner so you can't go wrong at either location, enjoyed both.

Hotel was nice, staff was nice. Price was nice. View was nice. The hot tub broke mid stay though, and hotel didn't get it fixed, people's dogs at the hotel were running around off leash everywhere, which was annoying - even as a dog owner that brought their dog! There isn't much to do in Sunnyside, so it was pretty boring. The breakfast at the hotel is good! The omelets and breakfast sandwiches are great but you need to get down there early before everything runs out. The hot tub in the pool area is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in atleast 10 years. I changed my 4 night stay to a 3 night stay, and front desk said it was fine and i wouldn't get charged the 4th night, but i got charged.

Robert was a great breakfast cook. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. We will be back!

The rooms are HUGE, very well laid out, and so so nice! The breakfast is to die for, and the staff were so patient with our every request. Would definately recommend to anyone staying in the area!

I was impressed by this hotel. From thr moment I called to book my room. I received friendly, professional servicr. The check in was equal. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and sauna. They were kept clean and tidy with fresh towels. I used their laundry room I was impressed that they even had one! Wi-Fi was quick, nice size tv. The room was vwer comfortable. They served a delicious potato soup in the evening with crackers and even chocolate chip cookies. The kids loved that! The breakfast was incredible, the gentleman who worked there was super nice! He prepared the kids fresh waffles with strawberries and whpped cream. I ordered an omelette with the ingredients of my choosing. It was yummy. They has biscuits and gravy, hashbrohash, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts, bagels cream cheese, toaas so much really. Orange juice, coffee hot chocolate. It was so good! I will definitely be staying there again. I absolutely recommend it Great staff and absolutely comfortable. Definitely get your money's worth.

Place is real nice. Has a bible verse on the lobby wall. Gave off good vibes.

Stayed March 7-8 the staff is absolutely amazing we had a room issue and they where on top of it upgraded us to an absolutely gorgeous room Dillon And Ashley are two you best westerns shinning stars So professional but also made u feel like part of the family we will absolutely recommending this place too friend and we will be coming back soon Thank u for making my birthday memorable!!

Grapevine Inn needs a little more attention to detail, good location, strong cow manure smell wasn't a welcome experience, must be a feed lot close.
