This has to be one of my favorite places to stay. The hotel room is big and spacious. The mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly you even get cookies at night. The restaurant 1847 is amazing and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. I highly recommend staying here when you're in this area.
Great breakfast, good pillows, nice staff, sweet Koi pond. Definitely worth the couple mile drive off the highway.
The room was beautiful, clean with a great view of the Japanese garden! I loved the shower and all the spaciousness of the bathroom! I enjoyed the hot tub it was amazing and I enjoyed it under the stars! One small criticism is the restaurant was closed both day's we visited! We will be back again!
Exceptional service, with special attention given to my great granddaughter as she was celebrating her 5 year old birthday. Probably the best overall experience I have ever had with any hotel I have used in my years of traveling.

Hotel and room with spa shower were pretty amazing. Be careful about when you go to the restaurant though. Service was great, but food seemed a little reheated.
Had to wait 2 hours for our room since it wasn't ready at the previously agreed upon time.
Best Attraction in this area, the atmosphere is an experience that I didn't know I needed. The rooms are big, the staff is wonderful, and I loved that their breakfast buffet had wait staff and booths. I definitely will be returning, the only bad part was leaving. My son said Best Western Boulder Falls is where he wants to stay anytime we want a get away . THANK YOU!
I booked this place based on photos and reviews and was extremely disappointed. The garden area is beautiful but the room is dreary, smells funny and the bed linens ridiculously lumpy. My fridge is borderline cold and of course I am traveling and the fridge was one of my must haves. Then to top it all off the TV is placed on a super high armoire.
This hotel is so nice with spacious rooms and wonderful staff!
Our home away from home. We had our vow renewal here. We always make a point to stop in at least at the 1847 resturant when we are in town. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. And the jacuzzi is so much fun. Would recommend anyone staying here.
Beautiful new hotel with amazing grounds, gardens, and pathways. Beautifully decorated, with all the best amminities. Bar and restaurant on site. The atmosphere is modern and artsy. Great place to stay and local community supporter. Friendly staff too.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is my favorite. Really an outstanding place to stay. Wish I could find a reason to stay there more often.
We were just there to take Christmas pictures and everyone was very nice and even stepped in as photographers when our timed camera on a tripod died. Beautiful place with a lot of really nice scenery to take pictures.
This place is and little peice of paradise. Will defiantly stay here in the future. Frome the room, to the pool, to the fire pit, to the trail and koi pond. It was fabulous!
Great place. The staff is over the top. They were super at helping us fix a problem WE made with booking and helped us out, making it work out great. They were very friendly and ready help with anything. Rooms very nice with great views. We have stayed there before and will stay again.
You just have to come and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it. Very much worth the money.

I was very impressed with the initial feel of the lobby, it was beautiful and cozy. The staff greeted me warmly and got me to my room promptly. I asked several questions about the area and places I needed to go and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. My room was very clean and well stocked and the bed was Amazing!!! The only issue I had was the small dog that was next door the first night, but it was taken care of promptly. Overall I was very impressed with the two night stay and I am looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Here's why:
This hotel cares more about its event center than it's paying guests. They play extremely loud music until late at night and couldn't care less if it's affecting the guests. Good luck finding parking when there is anything going on. No protected parking for the paying guests is an absolute joke.
The rooms are not well maintained. The furniture looks like it was bought from the Goodwill due to the amount of stains on them. (Multiple rooms over different stays).
Don't bother calling for anything to be fixed. Our warm refrigerator is currently ruining the food we bought for a 2 night stay.
This is our last time staying here and I wouldn't advise anyone else to stay either. It really isn't worth it.
This is a beautiful hotel located on the Samaritain campus. Perfect if you or family are here for medical school. This hotel is conveniently located in Lebanon near many resources. There is a great restaurant here also with outdoor seating. One of the most beautiful and unique features of this hotel is the Japanese style garden next to it. This scenic location is subtly tucked behind walls and fences from the road, but provides a beautiful location just to take a quiet walk and enjoy the scenery. There is a pond with fish here and other great attractions.
Very comfortable room (so comfortable, it's hard to leave, lol). Awesome breakfast buffet, great fine-dining restaurant and room service. Beautiful grounds with asian-themed pond and walkway
An absolutely fantastic Hotel just minutes away from the I-5 in Lebanon, Oregon. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Free breakfast was a nice bonus - nothing too fancy, but nice fresh fruit, some juices, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. This saves you both time and money!
Clean, modern amenities (the shower in the fireplace room was amazing!) and a wonderful Japanese themed Garden together with friendly staff made for an amazing visit. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.
FYI my outside pictures don't do the place justice as it was overcast and my camera doesn't compensate well for that. The garden was beautiful and serene.

Looking for a hotel that makes you feel like a king and queen Boulder Falls Inn is it. My husband and I love it. We have been there 2 times and will always go back there when in Oregon seeing Family.

This is a lovely hotel! I didn't know Best Western offered a hotel brand of this caliber. The facility is very attractive and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is good (though a bit pricey) and there's a beautiful Japanese garden outside offering a lovely place to take a walk.
This is seriously one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The check-in process was super easy, I wish I remembered the name of the lady who checked me in but she was fantastic! These are seriously some of the best beds, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the breakfast that is included was also enjoyable! The bar downstairs has some amazing cocktails and a very friendly staff! I will be back to stay!

Wonderful 4 star experience at this resort in Lebanon, Oregon. Beautiful Japanese Garden incorporated into the landscaping. Great staff and fantastic chef! 8k meeting space. Affiliated with Samaritan Medical facilities, and could be good for medical meetings/retreats.

This Inn was superb! Being away from home and family for lengthy periods, due to business, can be emotionally daunting, especially staying at a hotel the entire time. Here, I actually felt like I had my own luxury one bedroom apartment: a beautiful king suite bedroom, overlooking the Japanese Koi Garden, with a fireplace beneath a large, flat screen TV, a huge bathroom with numerous shower heads for ultimate bathing, a living room with sofa, comfortable chairs, desk, and dresser/ entertainment center, my own little Kuerig coffee machine with gourmet coffees, 2 plush, thick, terry bathrobes, chocolates and turn down service in the evening, a luscious full breakfast each morning within the beautiful ambience of the 1847 Restaurant, and a staff unfailingly competent and friendly. No flaws. They made it all perfect and do-able. Stay here if you possibly can!

Our stay was fantastic. We were there for a unit Ball and it went great. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. They accommodated 200 drunk soldiers very well
A step above your typical Best Western, the onsite restaurant smelled amazing and had an upscale menu (both food and cocktails). The rooms were nice sized and had everything you'd need. The beds were a little soft for my liking but I slept very hard. If you're visiting for any medical school related events, it's the only hotel to consider. The school is literally across the street.

One of our favorite places to go. Hate to even give this info out but during the summer they have live country music in the Annex. We really love listening & visiting with the artists.

This hotel is part of their new Premier class. It is by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Room was average but very clean and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and a Bluetooth/HDMI/USB/MP3 device that allows you to connect your personal devices to the TV. I've not seen that anywhere else. Breakfast was average compared to most chains buffets, but the scrambled eggs were a little better than average. The other meals we're excellent and quite a surprise! There were two bars that were well stocked with some excellent beer, wine, and some upper shelf liquors. The bartender is excellent and really knows his stuff! All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful! They even located a local tailor for me while I ate breakfast. They have a beautifully landscaped walking area out back and two nice decks to relax on. Fitness room was average but well kept and clean. They also have a heated pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again. I'm recommending it to my company for future stays in the area. I will also be looking for this brand as I travel elsewhere. Excellent job, Best Western!

Wonderful experience staying at the Boulder Falls Inn. Loved the outdoor landscaping and dinner at the restaurant. Was a great place to stay and spend time with family.

What can we say, a four star plus hotel with all to offer the traveler. A beautiful 1 acre garden with water falls, coy fish and more. We will have to come back during the spring to see all it's worth. Indoors is just as amazing too. I have stayed at plenty of five star resorts south of the border and this location is wright up there with a home town feel. Welcome to Oregon!
New Hotel and it is called "BW Premier" for a reason. It had a restaurant, bar, work out room, pool and etc. Very clean and homey!! We would stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for hosting the American Legion Auxiliary DEC members.

A great value, and a very nice place to stay. my mountain bike was terribly dirty, and the staff helped me wash it off before it went up to my room. The restaurant was also excellent, with very approachable wait staff.
