The restaurant is really good (both food and service).

Beautiful accommodations for a fantastic price. This rating is knocked down due to the lack of assistance from the hired help....not impressed.

Pool is well maintained but not very private.

Overall, good experience.

Very new and beautiful hotel. The night manager, John, helped us with our cell phone connection. The 1847 Bar and Grill has a very good kale salad.

Great place to stay! The hotel staff is so friendly and nice, the rooms are outstanding and the local feel of everything made me smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

The place is amazing. The facilities are clean and ALL the staff are positive and happy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful place and great staff. The best part was being able to have our dog with us and being treated respectful. Great place and we can t wait to stay there again.

New hotel in Lebanon, OR is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are well appointed and decorated. The staff is friendly and efficient. The on-site restaurant is the best food option in town. Varied menu with selections for all tastes and budgets. This is the place to stay in Lebanon.

Friendly, replace key that wouldn't work. Supervisor let me read her lip as am deaf. Supervisor finally got coffeemaker going and since it was late. She had me to go in the lobby to get 2 freshly coffee brews to go. But gentleman did turned me down on 2 coffees brews, because 10 am breakfast was done. But later he brought us the 2 coffee brews. We thank him very much. I also notice the the CC on TV will not work.

The Best Western property is very beautiful. The decor is modern and suits my style. I have not stayed at the hotel however, from what I can gather the rooms are great. My family has had many dinners there and have always been happy with the service and food. I didn't give them 5 stars because on a few occasions I received a cold entree. I sent the meal back aand it was fixed. I do recommend you visit 1847 for your next date night or special occasion.

Amazing rooms the restaurant is delicious definitely worth it

The staff was awesome, and the room was comfortable. The restaurant was very cozy and inviting with some the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. The koi pond and the Japanese garden out back was incredible as well.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at. We have no complaints. The beds are super comfortable and the room is quiet so we always get a great nights sleep. The restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast is more than expected. You would expect to pay a premium price for what you get, but it's quite affordable. I enjoyed a walk in the garden and a swim in the heated pool and hot tub.

Boulder inn is a very nice facility. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are clean and beds comfy.

I only went for the food and it wasn't bad. A little slow to get out but tasted great.

Very nice new smelling hotel but worst fried chicken I ever had in the restaurant. I recommend the hotel itself 10/10 but eat before coming.

Beautiful Hotel with a beautiful garden/pond. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet is in the restaurant so the seating area is nice and comfortable. I didn't realize this was a dog friendly hotel (which is totally fine) and next time I will ask to not be placed by a pet room. (we were woke up 3 times by the neighbors barking dogs,which I don't fault the hotel for at all). We will definitely be back and plan to make it a yearly tradition.

Rooms, 1847 bar and grill, and the garden/koi pond were all top notch...highly recommend!

We have stayed here a number of times and it is always fantastic. Heated pool and hot tub, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is great! They are dog friendly which is always a plus.

Good food, drinks and service. Price pretty high for quality of food - designed to be very upscale, though it definitely did not match up to the same standard as other fine dining experiences of similar pricing. Would go again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Great place to stay. Staff is excellent, property is clean, beautiful Japanese garden, and great restaurant.

Was wonderful only complaint is we requested our room to be restocked for our second night stay and that didn't happen. As well that ends well.

Beautiful place staff was wonderful but walls were too thin we could hear neighbors conversation then they told managment on us when all we arere doing was talking... NO DVD PLAYER after i rented a bunch of movies definitely disappointed with that...Postives were great breakfast buffet gteat staff and beautiful gardens

Beautiful garden, excellent friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms! The restaurant is excellent, best hotels day we've had in years maybe ever.

Attended an event in the event center. Very nice, well air conditioned, interior and a large padio area outside with a large fish pond. Several waterfalls extend up and very well done pathway winders around the pond/falls and offers several peaceful spots to sit and enjoy. Staff were professional and pleasant.

Our annual Daughters of the American State Conference was held at this facility this year. The staff was amazing! As conference vice-chair I had several occasions to work with them one on one and was very pleased with their professional, helpful, friendly service!

My only regret during my stay at this hotel was that it was a single night stay. The room was gorgeous, and so comfortable! The bed was firm but inviting, and the selection of pillows was perfect. There was a seating area with couch and coffee table, in addition to a full size desk with all the necessary outlets for all of my devices. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent, which is hard to find even in good hotels!

I also enjoyed the food and company in the restaurant lounge. The staff was all so friendly and informative. The grounds were also very enjoyable. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the pool, but it was Gorgeous!

Went to a little concert in the Annex portion, and had good drinks, and good food.

Great hotel! This Best Western is more like a 5 star hotel. They even had turn down service that included a chocolate on your pillow! Everything was super clean from the lobby to the room and restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. I ate in the restaurant. The food was quite good and the service was attentive. It was nice to get a good meal in the hotel after a long day out with family. The breakfast buffet was also good.Had the Best Western waffle and some bacon. Coffee in the lobby and in the restaurant was hot and cream provided. There is a garden with a pond on one side of the hotel. I didn't walk on the paths due to the rain. This hotel is quite the find in a small town such as Lebanon, which must have to do with the medical school right next door. Excellent all around!
