Best Western Plus Launceston Review

Good hotel located in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and City Park.
Comfortable bed, In room safe, big TV, and hot water. It had all of these, however, this should be expected. Parking is not free, nor is it secured when one has to pay.

The building has had a new lick of paint, but, it takes me back to my childhood. Popcorn ceilings, dated furniture and outdated common areas. If you like 70 s hotel architecture, you will love this place.

Middle of town, wonderful service and clean amenities. Enjoyable place that I'd stay at again.

I chose this Hotel based on previous reviews and I am glad I did. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Hairdryer, shampoo cond etc tea and coffee. The beds were super comfy. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is practically in the city centre. I was able to walk to shops restaurants cafes and parks. My friend and I received excellent service from a lovely gentleman called Dev when we checked in and checked out. We highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Launceston. Will definitely stay there again

4 star Hotel with basic room facilities. Breakfast is American buffet style with juice and coffee served and porridge (for Asian) Front desk officer are helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to some local eatery and has a open space parking lot behind. Rooms come with hair dryer, iron board and safe deposit. A good choice to stay in.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Launceston this week in April as it was really clean and well equipped and in an excellent location within a 2 minute walk of City park and a less than 15 minute walk to the waterfront. The onsite Tram restaurant has delicious meals available and I loved my big breakfast. All staff were really friendly and provided great tips of things to do as well as providing directions. I loved it there so much that I have booked again for June.

It did feel very cosy. Would stay again. Can get a little noisy from other rooms and bathrooms are a bit old but for what you pay you can't really complain

Lovely hotel! Big rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Got a free room upgrade too!
Would like to say that the carpet had a few stains though. Room was also very very hot and we struggled to figure out how to use air conditioning/find out if they even had air conditioning.

Simple and easy going hotel. Bathroom was a bit dated (shower curtains over bath) central location to town with paid parking out the back.

Nice basic hotel with friendly helpful staff, free Wifi, convenient parking (for a small charge) and a fantastic location for all the restaurants Launceston has to offer.

Great location, the room cleaned daily, staff very friendly, the only thing is you have to pay for parking
