Visit to the bowling alley followed by dinner: very friendly and courteous staff, the food was very good. Always my pleasure!

Great hotel, well located. Parking for free, good service, very clean and correct. The rooms facing the street are less recommendable. It gets a lot of traffic even at night and is quite loud.

Room was clean but mine was unfortunately out to the city ring. The food tastes delicious, the staff is very friendly, a hotel from the 1980s but good facilities. Gladly again

We stayed for one night in the hotel, as we visited friends in Dortmund. The hotel looks very attractive from the outside. Another plus is the parking lot right next to the hotel. Which is otherwise free.
We were greeted warmly, and our room was impeccable. Everything was sparkling clean, modern and the bathroom left nothing to be desired. We had a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The whole hotel staff was very nice, but for breakfast we can not say, since we have breakfasted out. We would definitely come back anytime. The hotel has a very good location with good transport links and is not far from the stadium entfernt.Die highway is also not far away and despite the location right on the main road and our room was facing the street, we have the traffic with a closed window nothing noticed. We slept like the babies. We can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Were there at a wedding party. It was an all-round successful evening. The food was great, the location was nice and the staff friendly and attentive. Only to be recommended.

On arrival enough parking spaces available. Breakfast could be booked without problems. Top, clean, new everything up to date. Free WiFi on the whole area without dead spots. Price performance top. Only recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pin next to the hotel and you can take the metro to the center in two minutes. You do not notice that the hotel is located on a busy road.

Sensationally tasty food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You always have a good guy when it comes to food, but you can also help out with wine questions. On the terrace you sit very nicely in the evening sunshine. I am at least once a month for 2 years.

The Parkhotel is centrally located, super friendly and helpful staff. We were there with 4 people on New Year's Eve. The food was great, we will definitely be going back next year. There is no better one
stylish location.

Easily accessible hotel with parking right outside the door. Unfortunately in the conference room no Wi-Fi. Otherwise courteous staff, but not always on the ball.

The rooms are clean, the whole hotel too. Good food, good conference rooms, good service. Kim Pelzer is the best!

Very nice staff and very good finger food buffet, where especially the Currywurst is to be highlighted. The premises or the building is a bit older but top maintained and in good condition.

Very nice hotel with friendly service. A bit of a shame about the long wait for the food, but we were with a large group which makes it difficult to have everything ready at the same time. Very good food.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were very nice. Quiet room. Atmosphere very very pleasant. Then a super game of BVB, a weekend can not be more beautiful.

Rooms are large and clean but are on a busy Hauptstr therefore unfortunately not so quiet public transport almost right outside the door service is polite and courteous

Great hotel, which is very conveniently located (directly on the B1 coming from the east) and not far from the Westfalenstadion.

Despite the fact that the Westfalendamm is right outside the door, there was hardly any noise to be heard. On the contrary - my room was on the other side and was very quiet.

The rooms themselves have only recently been renovated and are - like the rest of the hotel and the hotel equipment - on a new and modern level. I was fortunate to have a room with a balcony that wasn't that small at all.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There should be enough parking spaces available (there are ~ parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, maybe about 30 right next to the hotel entrance).

The restaurant area is also comfortable and functional. The food was okay, but not a 5-star kitchen. The food is home-style and tends to be hearty (game dishes, steaks, schnitzel, fish). For the warmer seasons there is a terrace directly behind the restaurant.

The breakfast was good and left little to be desired. Only the selection of sausage and cheese was a bit limited, as was the selection of fruit. But everything was very tasty.

The conference area is also big enough and left little to be desired.

WLAN (by code) is available free of charge for hotel guests. In the rooms themselves there are even sockets / cables with network connections.

As you can hear, BVB players are often in this hotel ;-)

Very good hotel. Staff is keen to help and make your stay enjoyable. Bar and restaurant are available. Parking is free of charge. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and cleanliness is very good. Some of them have a small balcony. One of the best in Dortmund. Make sure you book it in advance cause can be busy, especially when football or fair is going on in the city.

The restaurant is worth a visit !!

Very nice room and hotel. My room was in the direction of the park, so I had heard nothing from the busy street. Breakfast (16 euros pretty expensive) and dinner absolutely to be recommended! Great service, great atmosphere, coordinated design - gladly again!

An exclusive place that leaves nothing to be desired.

The breakfast was very rich, from scrambled eggs and bacon to various jams, fresh fruit salad and a coffee machine that left nothing to be desired. Beds soft and comfortable.

The seminar rooms are very nice. The lobby is quite spacious and nicely decorated. The toilets are 1 floor lower in the basement.

The mattress was too hard for me personally, the pillows lose at night extremely volume, the breakfast was plentiful but too expensive for my taste, the service at breakfast was unmotivated and friendly, modernized 80s style, air conditioning relatively quiet, tea bags are unfortunately only for pitchers (stupid, if you only want a cup), corn flakes (without sugar) would have liked, I am unfortunately too posh / stiff

Unfortunately very soft uncomfortable beds or mattress. Double bed unfortunately very small and are always together in "the middle rolled". Are home with back pain.

Do the favor and you ordered no Pralinenteller .... are not chocolates but a few Florentine biscuits and 4 after Eight for 10, - (!). We wanted to treat ourselves and thought we would get some chocolates. Pity about the money.

This was our first time at this hotel and pleasantly surprised. Very friendly welcome and although we already arrived in the morning, we could already move into our room. The room is very nice and big, very clean and modern. The bathroom a bit small but finally enough. From the B1 in front of the door we did not notice, because the view to the back (Zi.201) at the breakfast there was nothing to complain about. The restaurant can only be recommended, the food is very good, plentiful and you will be served quickly. It is not cheap, but in the quality quite appropriate. The whole house is air conditioned, which was very pleasant with this year's heat. The parking lot in front of and next to the house is free of charge. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!!
P.S. For my birthday I got a greeting card and a little attention of the house! I was very happy about that, that's not the case in every hotel.

You rarely find something like this from friendly staff! A very nice restaurant with a great menu, equally great cuisine and a breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Highly recommended.
