I've never stay here but the speakeasy is downstairs and it's amazing!

Service timing and quality was great. I would recommend them to others, and plan on revisiting.

Always a pleasure to stay at this quaint, historically themed gem in downtown Warren. Professional staff, ample amenities and charming rooms. I'd highly recommend it.

The place was really nice. The old construction is kind of charming. Only downside is that there aren't many dining places nearby.

While the hotel itself has been renovated and looks very nice and clean, please be sure to get your verbally quoted room rate in writing. Mine was not honored and I was charged $30+ extra per night. No amount of discussion was "getting through" (businesses should honor employee's quotes, etc. or not allow them to do so if they don't have the authority, etc.), so I ended up having to dispute the charge on my card.

The hotel is dated. The description said restaurant/bar on property, but didn't state that it's closed on Mondays. Also stated there is rv/bus parking. I have a truck & 32' trailer. Was told I could park in parking lot in back. When trying to leave in the morning, there was not enough room with other vehicles there to make the corner & get out. The staff was no help, & didn't care that there was no room to maneuver & get out of the parking lot. I wasted half a day of work waiting for other guests to leave so I could.

I was very pleasantly surprised staying at this property. I rely on reviews and comments when selecting a hotel. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical of the high reviews. After my stay, I have to say this is the ONLY PLACE to stay in Warren. The property is immaculate and the staff is very helpful and eager to please. The property has off street regulated parking with security cameras. The morning breakfast is on par with much higher priced locations. It looks like a great place to hold a conference as well. I can't say enough.

The hotel was Great but the day time receptionist at the front desk was rude snotty and very short

Charged me a $250 smoking fee and I don't even smoke.

This location is like a historical site so don't come with high expectations. The people were super friendly the rooms are okay at best in this quite a bit to do around the area in regards to little bit of entertainment lot of food options hopefully this helps out.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff and terrific bar.

My father reopened the hotel, on its hundredth anniversary and I have been away from the area since 1989. Coming back and staying here was completely wonderful. All the front desk were super nice, rooms were nice and clean. Wish I could have spent more time here

We were stranded in Warren from our brakes going out and Tracey and everyone took great care of us. We loved walking around Warren and have Best Western as our comfy base. Thanks a million!

This Hotel is a very cool restored old building. They did an excellent job in moderation and going with a decore that was fitting with a theme and history of its past without looking overly done.

Decor and service were excellent. Bacon on the breakfast bar was excellent.

Nice hotel for going to river rock! Rooms are a little old and they're starting to show their age. Staff is always so friendly. Great location.

To a "t", makes you want to come back again. Make sure you always tip.

The Front Desk Manageress went out of her way to fix a problem with our booking which was no fault of the hotel. This was extraordinary service and will be mentioned wherever we can.

Speakeasy downstairs. A great place. Great food, awesome drinks, good music, fantastic bartenders.

I love going to the speakeasy located in the basement of the hotel. They have delicious food and amazing drinks. And everyone is so nice and friendly. I definitely would recommend it!

Excellent customer service! Pia was very helpful and made sure we felt at home. She makes sure her guests are taken care of. Pia is such a sweetheart. Would definitely come back if we are back in this area. We were very happy with our room. Very clean, and a beautiful hotel.

The Speakeasy is one of the best night spots in Warren

They always are respectful understand their jobs do their best to keep within your budget and provide all information about the area they make the total experience worthwhile.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept and clean. The prices are reasonable too.

If I could give this hotel a 0, I would. Rooms & internet were fine but they clearly have their plans down to an art for finding ways to charge extra for the room.

Despite no luggage, large coats, or anything to transport a pillow... despite talking with the front desk each time we came and left, talked with housekeeping just outside our door as we left for checkout -- they charged us for a pillow. They made deliberate choices in waiting until were hours away (though housecleaning went in immediately after we left) to call, called after they already charged my card, refuse to recount the pillows, look at cameras, or even consider they made an error. Hindsight is 20/20 - as I checked in, the front desk told me about "charging someone $6-700" for someone who smoked in a room when it only cost "like $150-200" for the cleaning and the person "needed to be taken away by police". They clearly have done this before and will continue to do so. STAY AWAY FROM HERE -- THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING -- DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Blame me for damage that was obviously done before I even checked out the room and then charged me for it. I stayed over a month at this particular Best Western. The help is two Faced and quite literally the worst part about to stay

Hotel staff was very accommodating but area where the hotel is just is not good for anyone staying more than one night,there is nothing there ,no reasonable priced restaurant and nothing to do was there for three very long days hope I never have to stay there again.. but staff were wonderful,room was clean and comfortable ..just bad location

Room smelled horrible. Clearly water damage issue that they knew about (air mover in hallway) and still rented the room.

decent stay if you are in the area... a older property that has been renovated it definitely looks and smells like an old building. that said the room was clean and the price was right

Great, clean, quiet hotel in downtown Warren right on the square. Helpful staff. Good hot breakfast. We'd definitely stay there again.

My stay was quite brief, checking in at almost midnight; nevertheless, what I saw was quaint, with modern touches nicely integrated into this early 20th Century property. For the traveler with no business in Warren, it's a bit off the beaten path, several miles from the interstate. Though, if one of in town on business, this is an ideal place to stay. Located downtown near the courthouse, it had two restaurants on the property, and several more in the neighborhood. Note, the night clerk, Matt, was engaging and knowledgeable about the area. And in the morning, they very graciously allowed me to check out an hour later with no hassle.

This is the best hotel you can find in the downtown Warren, Ohio area. Period!!

This location was wonderful. First visit here. I found it to be clean, fair priced, with great service. Nice location, across from a quaint park and next to a great restaurant within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot to grab a drink..great staff at the bar..had a burger for lunch it was very good a little over cooked but still juicy and tasty!!

Pics the manager is a very friendly and helpful person she is better than google earth knowing the whole set up from a night time party life to the bast places to eat dinner and lunch this girl is the best and she makes the stay at the best western so comfataballe than you pi s for your great love of life !!!

Beautiful old brick hotel with brand new interior, extra space inside, large rooms and better-styled appointments throughout. A very pleasant stay with a very attentive staff.

Regular, expensive for the services they have, the restaurant doesn't have pancakes or waffles...

Nice, quiet, even smells good (no odors). Friendly staff, decent breakfast included. Nice park out front and summertime outdoor concerts at The Amp.
