We dropped our dog off for a four night stay with a lot of trepidation but after dealing with the entire staff there, we were less anxious by the day! They gave us a daily update on how he was doing, how he was eating, how he was playing and sleeping. He got an exit bath before we picked him up and he came home very happy!! We were quite grateful to them!!

My dog is always happy and appears well cared for at each of her visits!!

We've left our chocolate lab and our two cats for week-long as well as overnight boarding. The staff and care of the animals is excellent. I highly recommend you use this business to board your pet.

I have been taking my Standard Poodle puppy there since May 2017. I needed a place to board her for an overnight at the last minute and a friend recommended this place. Maddie was only 4 months old and she loved it. I continue to use them for her boarding needs. I have had to board her while going on a 10 day vacation and leaving her there eased my mind because of the quality of care she receives. I also take her there 2-3 times a week for daycare. My puppy is now 16 mos old and when we get there she goes and "hugs' the staff that are checking her in and she "hugs" them on the way out. I am very pleased with the packages that they offer. There is a variety to chose from to meet individual needs. I have also utilized their puppy training classes that were offered. Highly recommend this facility for your boarding or daycare needs.

We have always been happy with the treatment and love Lola receives when she is here. She has shown that she enjoys being at Best in Show.

We have been going to Best In Show Pet Resort for the past 10 years. We love them and have been fortunate enough to be able to send all our dogs.

Wonderful place. Been bringing Oliver there for years. They are attentive loving and caring. He goes to day care and boards there. They are aware of issues, notify immediately, and take action. I trust them totally with taking care of my pet.

Love bringing our dogs here. They come out happy and clean. Staff is pleasant and gives us updates promptly while we are away. Thank you!

I called to make a reservation. After answering many questions I was told that reservations would call me right back...still waiting. This is no way to run a business, especially when the client has enough anxiety about leaving their pets for an extended period of time. After reading several unsatisfactory reviews (also involving lack of response) I decided to look elsewhere in regard to pet care.

Eventhough I was credited for an error on their behalf, Brandon(reservations guy) did the same mistake again. I wanted to leave my per over the weekend, and while going over what seem a detail overview of the charges prior to my arrival. The total charges according to brando where between $47 and $48. To my surprise, when I got to the bussiness, my chardes were $100. If the conversation was recorded, they should go back and review it. It will clearly tell them that I asked Brandon if he was sure this time about my charges to which he responded yes. At the counter when I demanded an explanation, the lady told me that it is difficult to give accurate information over the phone. REALLY!!!!! A simple calculator would do the trick. Same mistake twice within days apart. Not a very happy costumer at this time! Am sorry!

On my first visited I was given a tour of the clean and organized facility. Staff was very friendly and attentive and accommodating. I have since took my golden doodle for day care and he loves it. I have booked for several dates for boarding. Overall I am very please and satisfied they will take care of my teddy. If your looking for a place to leave your pet for short term or long term this is the place

The staff is professional and friendly. My dog seemed happy when we picked him up. The exercise time was especially important for my Jack Russell . Reasonably priced for his stay. Especially impressed that they made sure he had all his shots and flea/tick care.

My dog is so happy to go and see all his friends at Best in Show. Everyone on staff is so friendly & welcoming, it s clear how much they love animals & their jobs. If Tucker can t be with me, this is where he likes to be.

Love best in show. Lucky my English bull dog gets groomed by Marilyn who has the patience of a saint. Love her. Love the old crew that still works there (Carlos & Joe) they show a true love for our pets and their owners. Truly, don t appreciate the new crew that demonstrate no emotion.

Our puppy Twix had the best weekend at Best in Show! And we were very impressed with the staff - very competent and clearly love working with the dogs!!

I have been using Best in Show for my French Mastiff while at work four to fives times per week. He loves it and the staff always makes him feel like home. He is so excited to go every morning and loves his routine there. I feel confident that Leon is in good hands and is so loved there. When traveling Leon remains there over night and our prized doggy is super happy there. I never have to worry that he is looked after, fed on time and is having a fantastic activity and is on regular walks. Use this facility with confidence !

My puppy loves coming to Doggie Daycare at Best in Show. The staff is always so nice, professional and responsive. Calls/texts/questions answered immediately. And best of all my puppy is exhausted after his day of play. Highly recommend!

I brought in MY KIND pit bull for 6 days of boarding! She s KIND to others in fact she s a WIMP! They not only charged me TWICE and kept her separate from others but she came out SICK with a upper respiratory and ear infection! THEY DID NOT TAKE GOOD CARE!!
