If I could give zero stars I would. I could not check in my cat on the reserved date because my flights got delayed due to the hurricane. I finally arrived, I had a missed called from the pet hotel because they called while I was on my flight. Once I checked in my hotel I called them to see if I could still check my cat in and explain my situation. No answer at all. It s day 4 of my stay in my resort, I have called daily, I have waited 1 hour and 15 minutes every time I call. After that hour and 15 minute wait, the hang up on me. I press the action button to get a call back and no one calls me. At this point I have had to keep my cat with me against resort policies. I can t enjoy my vacation and the parks because I have to constantly be in my hotel room watching over my cat. The resort does security visual inspections everyday and again, pets are against policy. I spent a lot of money on this vacation and I can t enjoy it because this pet hotel is not realizable at all. I planned this vacation in advance. My husband is military and we came here prior to transferring to another state right before he gets deployed. We had no option but to brig our cat since we are moving across the country and we felt comfortable knowing that there was a Disney pet resort. We thought Disney quality there is no way we could go wrong by having our cat stay there . Well I was wrong. This place is not reliable at all!!!!
