I bought a laptop from a knowledgeable sales person.

It was Best Buy, busy as usual and some of the rudest customer service personnel imaginable, but that not everyone. The cashier gentlemen who checked us out was really nice to my stepson and even gave him some advice on gaming because we were there to buy him a gaming mouse. I let my stepson do the transaction by himself (his first) while I waited by the door. The cashier was SUPER nice in guiding him through it. He brought it up to 4 stars

Worst customer service ever from the Samsung salesperson.

Walked around for 30 min with no help offered... Couldn't figure out what I needed so I left...

Awesome has everything you could imagine you need in electronics here. Only problem is too many people work here and you're constantly asked if you need help and they think they know everything.

The two associated that I dealt with in the mobile phone area were not friendly at all. They were both very sarcastic with one being exceptionally rude. I'll never be back at this store.

Employees never offer assistance, always doing bare minimum. However, the store usually has what I need once I find it.

Long lines...when the cashier called for back up, the manager turned off the alarm and went back to his chair leaving the lone cashier to help the line of 4 waiting!

This is my local favorite Big Box store. They've always been accommodating and friendly. They even taught me what price match was.

Four representatives were around me while I was visibly confused and I was never approached. Any time I would try to get help, they'd duck away.

Was out of what I was looking for and it took forever to get the keys to unlock the cage so I could get something else.

The people here seem to know enough about electronics to be helpful. A good selection of most electronic and their corresponding gadgets

I will take the people in the Monroe store ober the Shreveport store any day.

Surprised to find that Best Buy had a better price on a quality indoor/outdoor antenna than Walmart.
I will be price checking at Best Buy from now on for electronics before buying. I think BB has the edge on employee knowledge of the products in the store.

This is a bigger store. So they always seem to have what I m looking for. More stuff in stock as opposed to some other locations in the area.

The customer service from the employee side was a good experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. However, dealing with corporate over the phone, about an account issue, was a bit complicated and slow.

I love to get on the Nintendo switch exhibit and play on that and also look at all the cool technology

I would give zero stars if possible! I bought a computer and returned it less than 18 hours later because it was defective. Never have I have experienced such rude, incompetent technicians. I will NEVER purchase another item from Best Buy on Youree Drive in Shreveport! Absolutely the worst service experience ever!

Very impressed with Kourtney Denny Mobile Supervisor. Very helpful. She is an 5 star example of Customer Service. Witnessed same service to customer before me. She was wonderful.

Best Buy has become sort of a monopoly. It is a hit and miss. In the past the staff was very knowledgeable about the products, but now most of them don't know squat.

Tolerable selection of phones and other electronics. Prices are just too high for what they sell.

No sales associates willing to answer or offer suggestions! Bathrooms are as bad as a third world country! Needs new operations management ASAP! I will NOT return for a LONG TIME!!
