Totally new to the New York scene, and already having dealt with a bunch of unhelpfuls, Jude Scott at Best Apartments turned out to be a whirlwind of help for us. He was quick, energized, and happy to do whatever he could for us, always trying to keep us ahead of what we were doing so we never ended up going in the wrong direction if he could help it. He was also a lot of fun in the midst of our house-hunt, and proved a great asset to us both for finding our apartment, and giving us the details on real estate in NYC in general. Can't recommend him highly enough, a huge help to those new in the city and, probably, vets in need of some help too!

My roommates and I used Best Apartments to find a new apartment and absolutely loved them! Our specific broker was Jude Scott and our agent was Kevin, who took us to actually see the apartments. They were both so efficient in finding us a place, they always got back to our emails, calls, and texts, very quickly, and they were so nice. They worked really hard to get us into a place we love!

My two roommates and I recently had the pleasure of working with Best Apartments, specifically the agents Jude Scott and Daniel. THEY.ARE.AMAZING. We called them in the middle of the day on a Saturday and saw 7 amazing apartments before 6:30 that evening and picked one that night! Jude made the paperwork process very easy and he helped us through every step of the process. He's honest, straight forward, and you can tell that he really really cares about people finding the best apartments. I would highly recommend him and Daniel to anyone looking for an apartment. I recommended a friend of mine who was looking before my roommates and I even signed the lease on our apartment. That's how good they are! Happy apartment hunting!!

Jude Scott at Best Apartments is definitely the most helpful broker I've dealt with thus far. He helped my roommates and I secure our dream apartment - a four bedroom, not the easiest feat - within 24 hours. We're all students so he worked with four sets of parents and explained everything to our guarantors, in addition to giving us a discount on the usual fee. (Not to mention he stayed at work several hours late to make sure our paperwork got in before other applicants!) I understand a lot of people try to avoid working with a broker, but my experience apartment hunting was much more seamless and successful because of Jude and the Best Apartments database.

In the midst of one of the toughest apartment searches I have ever had, my roommates and I met Jude Scott. He helped us out immensely and I honestly couldn't be happier.

My husband and I recently relocated to New York from the Midwest. Searching for apartments here is difficult enough, but it is especially difficult when you're looking from across the country. Jude Scott was recommended to us by a friend and he was simply amazing! From our very first discussion about our apartment search, he was knowledgeable, informative, responsive, and beyond helpful. Jude's knowledge of the apartment market in New York is incredible, and he knows exactly how to find his clients what they need. After looking at only five apartments, Jude found the perfect place for us with many, many more features than we ever thought we would have in our first Manhattan apartment. It was even $200 per month BELOW our budget! Also, because of his familiarity with the numerous management companies in the area, he was even able find a place that could accommodate our two medium-sized dogs (which, upon learning more about the market, is fairly uncommon). This process, from start to finish, was extremely seamless thanks to Jude and we could have never found such a fantastic place on our own. He helped make our transition to New York SO much easier. I have worked with Danielle Hudson form Best Apartments Inc. twice. As you know, finding a perfect apartment in Manhattan can be daunting. The first time I worked with Danielle I had just been accepted to NYU-SCPS and I was not even in New York City. Danielle was amazing, she took a list of my must haves and found an apartment for me. The first day I spoke to Danielle she was out taking pictures and sending them to me to make sure I got the apartment I wanted. I found an apartment thanks to her! She arranged everything, I drove in from Ohio and drove right to the lease signing. She was available for any questions I had even after the papers were signed.
As my lease came to an end this past year, I contacted Danielle again. She listened to everything I wanted in my next apartment. I realized after being here a year I needed to make some adjustments to my wish list and she was accepting of it all. The best part about Best Apartments and Danielle is, even if the first one doesn't work out they will not give up and they will stick with you until the end. I was so thankful that Danielle showed me apartment after apartment. She was always willing to work around my schedule and I knew I would find a place I would be happy with. I know it is hard to trust a review online so I just have to say, I had not seen Danielle for a year but when it was time for an apartment it was like no time had passed at all and she got me in to the perfect place for me and my dog Rascal.

My roommate and I just recently moved into an apartment we found through Best Apartments with our wonderful broker, Jude Scott. My roommate is from Scotland so things were inevitably a little more difficult to get everything in terms of paperwork and funds figured out, but Jude was absolutely wonderful in working with us to find a place we loved and within our budget, as well as not being pushy or demanding as other brokers and agencies can be. The company was able to really work with us in just about every way. They were truly on our side and wanting us to be find a place we were happy with instead of just being out to take our money. I'd definitely recommend Best Apartments to anyone looking into finding a place in the city. Friendly atmosphere all around and a great experience overall.

Moving to NYC is certainly not for the faint hearted! Lucky for my boyfriend and I, we found Jude who helped us get our dream apartment. We were in a difficult situation, neither of us were living anywhere NYC and we were very hesitant on which broker to work with. The original broker we were speaking with was not available, and I'm so glad we had Jude who came to our rescue.
Jude is extremely efficient and knows Manhattan Real Estate VERY well. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He was very understanding and honest. He knew exactly what we were looking for and he called out our two top picks. The apartment we actually will be moving into was his first choice. He marked it with a star when compiling the list, and showed me afterwards. He's THAT GOOD!
Kevin was also great. He showed us around and asked important questions that I may not have thought of. Very patient when walking around the city for the entire day.
Although, I'm happy that my apartment hunting has come to an end, I'm also quite sad that I won't be working with Jude for much longer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the city.

My friends and I had been having some trouble in terms of finding a place in our price range, and good enough for all our picky life styles, but Jude and the Best Apartments team really helped us find what we were looking for. Even after we had applied for a place and one of us dropped out last minute, Jude kept his patience with us and was just as determined to find a place for us as we were. Really friendly team that knows how to adapt depending on who they're dealing with, and ended up finding a place that's perfect for us. Highly recommend them!!
