I absolutely loved my experience at Bespoke Diamonds, I dealt with Martin and his wife and got a custom engagement ring made which we were both delighted with. I was flying into Dublin on a Saturday and Martin was so flexible and accommodating regarding time as we were rushing. He had put a selection, much larger than I expected out for me, and I was able to pick the most beautiful ring. The service was excellent, friendly and seriously competitive prices... I had a very specific idea of the sort of ring that I wanted and came to Bespoke based solely on the number of 5* ratings they have, I was so glad that I did.
Patrick got what I was trying to put together and helped me finalise the design by picking aspects of numerous rings. He was kind enough to arrange a number of 3D designs based on me making constant tweaks (sorry Patrick!)
The ring came out better than I'd imagined, absolutely blown away. Once my girlfriend had said yes (also blown away by it, has been showing it off to anyone who will listen!) We arranged to have it resized and the turn around was so fast to have it refitted, which was great for my fiance who didn't want to part ways with it!

We purchased our engagement ring and our wedding rings here. The office is based on Kildare Street and its great not to be rushed in a busy overly bright shop in the city. You are given adequate time to decide and not rushed. We have been in the office around 4 times now and both Martin and his assistant Darren have been v helpful. When you are treated the exact same when popping in to just try on rings and when you are looking to buy, that's a sign of excellent Customer Service. Cannot recommend Bespoke Diamonds enough as they could not do enough for us.

A Truly Bespoke Service. I was looking for a very unusual type of ring which I had never seen before but had in my head. We went to a number of reputable jewellers in both Ireland and Antwerp and the only one that truly got what I wanted and also made it sound achievable was Martin. There were some elements I had no idea about and Martin expertly gave his recommendations without forcing them on me. There is nowhere else I will ever go for Bespoke jewellery. Also, a small but welcome touch is their very reasonable price for re-plating my ring. It is so good to not get that ripped off feeling. I knew very little about the 4 Cs only what friends and google had thought me the night before we went in ring shopping, but just looking in shop windows was overwhelming that morning before
my first appointment, which was with Martin in Bespoke Diamonds and he was just excellent!
Firstly he explained his knowledge around diamonds which made us BOTH feel so at ease straight away as he is such an expert, next he had one of the widest selections of rings we came across throughout all the shops but the way in which he simplified the process down with the empty tray was a super help for me and made me focus so much more.
His helpful tips around the whole process were a useful aid when he advised us to go around and look further a field, and how he could make anything we seen elsewhere happen at a better price.
Aww you just know when you see YOUR RING it stands out to you, and he found mine but most all it was his service and manor that won us over. Absolutely can't describe how happy I am with my beautiful ring from Bespoke Diamonds. Sarah was wonderful, so knowledgable and lovely - also, I had been told a size elsewhere and she recommended slightly smaller, if I had gone with my original size it would definitely be too big so she saved me hassle in the long run.

I am extremely happy we chose Bespoke Diamonds for our Wedding rings. They did not try sell us the most expensive rings. They first ask to see your engagement ring and then try to provide a ring that suits your engagement ring. We came in with a list of rings to try and in the end with there help we chose a ring we didn't expect to chose that was absolutely beautiful, under our budget and cheaper than the ones we had looked at online. They cater for your needs and don't try to just make as much money as possible. They even through in a free gift for us. Even for the grooms ring they explained all the materials and how they degrade over time and actually recommended the cheaper material as it lasts without requiring maintenance.

Called in just after Christmas with my new fiance to look at rings. Reviews all seemed good. The guy working there took us in, even without an appointment, and sat us down with an empty box. He proceeded to go through hundreds of rings and told us to select whatever we liked the look of and fill the empty box. He explained the pros and cons of different golds, explained all the terminology regarding stone cut, colour, clarity etc. He couldn't have been more helpful.
This was the first place we looked and wanted to check out other shops. Needless to say we came back and ordered the ring. They had a new one made up with the stone we selected and ready for us to collect within 3 weeks.
My fiance still absolutely loves the ring even after almost a year.
I would highly recommend checking this place out and I will be returning to purchase wedding rings.
I purchased wedding bands and my wife's engagement ring from Martin. My sister let me know about Bespoke Diamonds and the positive experience she had with the guys there. I contacted Martin with an image of a ring I knew my partner wanted and was planning on making the ring for her for Christmas. The deadline changed with a surprise trip away so I asked Martin if he could do the ring with a 1 week deadline. He said there would be a risk it would not be ready but that he would do his best and sure enough he delivered on time - absolute amazing service from the guys and couldn t recommend high enough. Probably best to allow the 3-4 weeks to get a custom made ring but on this occasion they were fantastic to deal with.
