My sister let me know about Bespoke Diamonds and the positive experience she had with the guys there. I contacted Martin with an image of a ring I knew my partner wanted and was planning on making the ring for her for Christmas. The deadline changed with a surprise trip away so I asked Martin if he could do the ring with a 1 week deadline. He said there would be a risk it would not be ready but that he would do his best and sure enough he delivered on time - absolute amazing service from the guys and couldn t recommend high enough. Probably best to allow the 3-4 weeks to get a custom made ring but on this occasion they were fantastic to deal with.
Was able to propose on the surprise trip which as even more of a surprise for my partner
