Went into this shop today to top up my gas card and was told its cash only so i asked why, when myy child was in the other day to buy a drink they were told its card only and i was told its cash only for bills, not sure why this is but seems I'm to be expected to carry cash to pay a bill and card if i wanna buy anything i think its a joke. I wont be using this shop again as they dont know what they want cash or card and some of the staff are extremely rude

Just visited your shop and within 2 mins your shop assistant managed to turn away two potential shoppers with not being helpful. Me being one of them. Asked if the assistant could help me as I wished to buy a drink however the item was too high and out of my reach I was told bluntly well I m not going To be able To reach it then. Clearly taller than me she didn t even try. Turning away a customer in front as he paid with 50 she didn t have change which she repeated 3 times to the guy who wanted to still buy. Why ya opening time you wouldn t have change is beyond me. Won t be stepping foot in the shop again

Wouldn't sell a newspaper to an old man because your policy is that he has to buy two items? So much so the customer behind him had to buy it for him? Sounds like a right kip of a place, here's another review to add to your list.

Just been in your shop in Blanchardstown SC and the staff working there this evening could do with a lesson in manners. I just witnessed one member of staff abuse a elderly couple who couldn't pay quick enough and then when it was our turn she snatched the lotto slip out of my daughter's hand. Seriously the staff are pigs....sorry for insulting pigs!!!

Just purchased a euro lotto ticket and leap card from the most unfriendly assistant. Looked like they would rather poke their eye with a fork rather than serve a customer

I've gone to Tom Stanley's for years and it's great when you want to get some snacks before the cinema, but when i went in a few days ago I noticed that quite a few of the surfaces in the shop weren't clean and had layers of dust on them which looked like they had been neglected for a very long time, it's a very simple thing that really shouldn't be let get out of hand, I like the renovation, the prices are reasonable and the selection is nice too, but the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop was questionable, perhaps it's the times we're in but cleaning a surface is easy and it only takes a couple of seconds
