Had the front brake discs and brake pads replaced a few weeks ago. Drop-off and pick-up was quick, service was excellent and the price was fair. Car washes are usually offered with a service but due to Covid restrictions it was unavailable. Overall though, I was very satisfied with the service, many thanks.

Have just taken delivery of an X3 from Berry Heathrow BMW on a 4 year lease. The process was very easy and pressure free from that start. All enquiries were answered promptly and all ran perfectly to schedule. Really happy with the car and have no hesitation in recommending.

I asked for a price and within 30 mins on a Friday night Stuart Rolfe emailed a deal sheet to me, a lot cheaper than my local BMW dealer. Deal done within 24 hours. Berry Heathrow BMW is the best !!! I rate it as the No1 dealership of BMW in all of London. The service is of the greatest quality and the service staff are super friendly and welcoming. I brought my Series 2 for some warranty parts replacement and it was done in the quickest time with no hassles at all. They have the most qualified technicians and you always feel that every work done in your car is done with precision. Keep up the good work!

This review is about obtaining a Mini Electric, on Personal Lease via Berry Heathrow. It is the first car I ve leased and the first time obtaining any car by a fully online process. My searches revealed a lot of variation in prices and the accuracy of information about the vehicle options and delivery times. My son had said many good things about Berry BMW, so when I spotted that one of the better lease companies said their cars were provided by Berry Mini, I decided to contact Berry directly.
Stuart Rolfe discussed my options and the pricing, along with the likely delivery timescale. I was confident that this was the right organisation.
Stuart immediately sent me information on the lease options, backing up our discussion. On filling out the forms and returning, Stuart immediately advised them being processed by him and when the next steps would happen. It is worth noting that there were no charges, unlike the lease companies I saw.
Everything went just as he said it would, there was a slightly longer delivery timescale than the one advised at the onset, but again, Stuart forewarned me of this when he was advised by Mini that they were extending their Xmas shutdown.
The car was delivered to my door in perfect condition. Ahead of that I received all car information and guidance videos.
It has been the least stressful process for any car that I have ever acquired; I should have done this with them many years ago. The consistency of information and no surprises were so appreciated.

I have just today placed my order with BMW Berry and the customer service provided was excellent. I have been dealing with Warren Cathcart and nothing was too much for him to help me. I have been to various car dealerships but BMW Berry have been a class above. Any questions I had before hand Warren answered them all and went out of his way. This is the first time I have bought a new car but I ll continue to use them for future cars. He didn t push me to get this extra etc I just choose the options I wanted it the car and that was it. I was dealing with Dan also he was very helpful also and again no pressured sell they want you to be comfortable with the purchase you get as i will be living with the car for years to come. Roll on July when I pick up my new BMW.
