This review is about obtaining a Mini Electric, on Personal Lease via Berry Heathrow. It is the first car I ve leased and the first time obtaining any car by a fully online process. My searches revealed a lot of variation in prices and the accuracy of information about the vehicle options and delivery times. My son had said many good things about Berry BMW, so when I spotted that one of the better lease companies said their cars were provided by Berry Mini, I decided to contact Berry directly.
Stuart Rolfe discussed my options and the pricing, along with the likely delivery timescale. I was confident that this was the right organisation.
Stuart immediately sent me information on the lease options, backing up our discussion. On filling out the forms and returning, Stuart immediately advised them being processed by him and when the next steps would happen. It is worth noting that there were no charges, unlike the lease companies I saw.

Everything went just as he said it would, there was a slightly longer delivery timescale than the one advised at the onset, but again, Stuart forewarned me of this when he was advised by Mini that they were extending their Xmas shutdown.
The car was delivered to my door in perfect condition. Ahead of that I received all car information and guidance videos.
It has been the least stressful process for any car that I have ever acquired; I should have done this with them many years ago. The consistency of information and no surprises were so appreciated.
