I ordered a Tanqueray and 7up, the waiter brought some other gin, when i returned it he got mad and brought me my drink separated for me to mix myself. If that wasnt bad enough the so called margarita pizza was just a cheese pizza with 1 of basil leaf broken into 4 pieces (no tomatoes - no mozzarella)... then the bull comes and he added someone elses drink to it.
Ill definitely never go there again.

We brought our family for sunday brunch. Arrived for our reservation and had to wait 15-20. Minutes. Staff wore masks which I liked. Ambiance was ok. Bad news...service was awful. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast consisting of eggs, Caesar salad, and French toast. We kept asking if there was any delay. We kept being told the food would be right out. After 2 hours, we found out the order had not even being started. We cancelled our order and received a bill for $40 for non alcoholic beverages and 2 appetizers (5 people).
Save your money and go somewhere where you can get a decent meal served in a timely fashion.
Manager should have come to table to apologize. As I said, poor customer service.

Was told this was a dog friendly restaurant. Had no problems my first visit. In fact, one of the owners personally came over to pet my dog and give it some treats.
Today was a different story and not our pet was not welcome at all. Dont waste your time unless you are a personal friend of the owners...

I used to love Berries, especially because I was able to bring my dog but they have changed their policies which I can understand maybe they got trouble from county for safety and hygiene, I get it, however their food quality declined and the open area where you could sit looks dirty and unkept. Used to be a nicer atmosphere. Hopefully they will get their act together maybe they changed owners or something. I'll check them out in a few months and see. It was at one time a treasure in the Grove.

This restaurant has a pretty good brunch, quality of the ingredients are average but the location is great for a girl's sunday brunch. It has a very nice atmosphere and the staff is usually good with their service turnaround time.

I won t drink here anymore. The booze taste weird here, and make me and my friends sick. It s not the first time! Flanigan s is way much better than berries, which is only five minutes walk from berries.

I've been a solid patron of Berries for years. I live close by and smell the waffles especially on Sunday mornings. i feel like they have gotten too popular. They took over the space on the side but it's not the same vibe as before. I do love that animals are always welcomed but too pricey for what it is. Spent $70 on a pizza, 1 mimosa, 1 Sprite, 2 gin and Tonics and crab cakes. eh.

Extremely poor service. Waited about an hour for a sandwich and crab cakes. We didn't even get to eat the salad since we did not get any oil, vinegar or salt. Never coming back, that's a given...!

Went to pick up my food and I waited 45 minutes there not counting when I called they said it would be ready in 15 so I showed up 25 minutes later to give them time and it wasn t ready. Not to mention when I got there it took 20 minutes to get someone s attention at the bar where you pick up ordered food no one even noticed me anytime someone would walk by me I would say excuse me and got nothing in return. The customer service sucks!! This is the second time I come here and I m not coming back.

It's an ok spot nothing special, hostess didn't ask us where we would like to sit and there were plenty of tables. We were sat in the patio near the street. Food took 45 minutes to come out and still didn't get the order right. Food isn't spectacular for Brunch and waitress was nice but not very helpful...

I love this place but I'm not happy with the event coordinator Stephanie. I told her I needed to plan a party and had a time frame and she took forever to get back to me and doesn't even work Monday or Tuesday. Kinda sucks because I would have really liked to do my sons baptism reception here. Bummer.

Hurts me to write this review.... Berries was my go to when I lived in Miami and every time I would return to visit family and friends. I went in Sunday with a group of ten family members and man this place has changed. They sat is in the new section towards the back, and not that I care the decore did not match and it did not have the Berries feel to it.

The service was SLOW, the draft beers were served at room temperature, the food was just okay, and the
once great Bloody Mary's horrible.

Berries, I will give you another chance, but please return to the simple things that made you great.

Staying at the Hampton Inn prior to our cruise, we asked for a dinner recommendation within walking distance of the hotel. They gave us 2, one of which was Berries in the Grove, and it was just around the corner. We decided to go for the pizza. We made our topping selections, and enjoyed our beer in a friendly and somewhat quiet atmosphere (we were apparently there prior to the Friday evening crowd). We sat somewhat in the interior, but could have had sat outside. We were definitely thrilled with the thin crust pizza. It was one of the best that we've had in a very long time. Their size was just perfect for two, and we can't say what it was, but is was just so, sooo good. We will definitely be back the next time in Miami.

Well

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES IN MIAMI.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES IN MIAMI.
It will always be one of my favorite places in all of Miami for me.
The first time I went to this restaurant-bar, it was casual, and I really liked it. I ordered an off-the-menu dish that was delicious. It was like a glass bread that was covered in blue cheese, other cheeses, and pieces of steak. Spectacular.
Since then, I started going. Even on my days off, I took advantage and went, since I loved to eat there relaxed, without pressure and happy.
All the pizzas I tried were very good, thin crust, crispy, and made in that big stone oven they have. But it didn't take long for me to find my favorite: the capricciosa (with artichokes, black olives, ham and mushrooms). And I have to say that I have tried this pizza in many restaurants, but the one here is my favorite.
The rest of the food that I have tried I have always liked. They have variety and all very good. You can tell that they cook with love.
I also like the place itself a lot, because it invites you to eat, have a drink, watch a game ... It has a good atmosphere, and it is a place where you can enjoy a lot. And its interior patio with that tree: I love it.
Helpful and dedicated staff, and very efficient. And the prices are good, because the product is also of quality.
That is why I recommend it both to local people and to foreigners.
I'm not in Miami anymore, but as soon as I'm there, I know where I will eat first. So I hope everything continues as I left it.

Fantastic place we have been enjoying Berries food for the past 15 years, ever since they were just a little juice bar, we particularly enjoy their wood burning pizza oven and the wonderful thin-crust pizzas that come out of it! Salad always been top and the service has always been wonderful.

A fantastic place to have breakfast. Great food and a friendly staff, but the parking lot is horribly small and limited to one handicap parking space. One way in and one way out and more suited for compact cars and motorcycles. But the breakfast is beyond good.

I've given this place too many chances. The service is excruciatingly slow and inefficient. The deals they advertise aren't actually offered. I've had undercooked breakfast, bland lunch, and drinks in dirty glasses. I heard terrible rumors about their health inspections and that's enough for me.

Not perfect. The service is lackluster, depending on where you are seated. Slightly overpriced for what you get, but very filling portions. Definitely need to improve on service. Was attended to two times within a 45 minute period. Been coming here for years. Things were better prior times I've eaten here. Maybe it was the day of the week, maybe it was my waiter. Came on a day the UM Basketball Game was on, seems like that was the main point of attention. Worthy of coming back def

Long time fave, but moved from the Grove so I don't get to go as often. Food is always awesome, open early and fantastic service. Summer was our server and she was so great, welcoming and efficient.
