So I go to have dinner with friends last night and the owner of the restaurant decides to put his hands on my food while I am eating, takes a piece of my food with his bare hands to eat off my plate because he thought it was funny. I lost my appetite. The meal got comped and the apology was insincere. I will never go there again.

I needed a restaurant near my hotel before I fly out. The breakfast wasn t worth it. Eggs are plain, bagel was burnt, lemonade was water down. Go to green cafe their Jamaican eggs are everything. Plus they delivered with no utensils.

For such a hyped place, the food was not up to standards. I went for breakfast and my plate was cold, pancakes were decent. However, my wifes plate Steak & Eggs was not to standard either. The eggs were cold and her steak was charred even though we asked for medium cooked.
Service was friendly and server was very attentive. Gave it 3 stars just because the place was different and a great hangout but other than that it would have been 2 stars. My opinion.

I dont know why people like this place they must get liquored up before eating or something. My crabcake eggs benedict was not good. I asked the waiter why such a small crab cake. She said the chef does it that way.. really.. the manager should be fired. My daughters healthy omelet was lathered in oil.. that's the last time I go.. All for $60 bucks! No thank you Mr. Berrys

Great setting. Friendly staff. Very nice beer selection with many local options. Bartender Jose was particularly helpful in that regard. Bar is a patio setting which makes for a nice weekend afternoon hangout.

The food was amazing. Very big portions. Fresh and delish. Service was ok. Social distancing and masks when not eating. Very clean place. Bus boys took care of everything. Sangria was great and enough for about 10 glasses.

I went to eat at 9, no host, so I took the first table available and the bartender screamed : MA'AM! we are closed! I asked if I could eat something quick because I choose to go there since the closing time was 10. And he said no! We are closed. (Not even a good evening, " I know the website says we are open, but we are closing early today", or offer something to go. Terrible!)

Funky place and decor. Interesting menu. Didn't get a bad dish with a large party. Would absolutely go back. Wait was a little long because the party before us wouldn't leave even though they had paid and all dishes and drinks had been cleared from the table.

Ambiance was very nice and the wood fired pizza was one of the best I've had. I went with my wife around 8pm on a Saturday with no wait at all and pretty fast service for the amount of people there. Great dinner spot that won't break the bank in Coconut Grove.

Just average, nothing special. There happy hour deals were not good. The server didn't bother to tell us about it, I had to ask. Server was nice but forgot about us. It also took a long time to get the food, at least half hour. I had the roasted chicken ratatouille with a double backed potato for $19.95. There was barely any ratatouille. The chicken was good and a big enough size but slightly over cooked. The potato was good. The ambiance was boring nothing special This restaurant has potential but has a long way to go. I'd skip this place. Go somewhere else.

The food is always so good when I come here the only thing is that they allow dogs in a restaurant that is a really bad turn off for me but I always get great service and the food is really good

Great food. My only complaint is the food seems a bit overpriced on delivery apps like Uber Eats or Postmates. I'd probably recommend going in person instead! Always makes for a better experience that way. The parking situation is a bit tough since it's in the heart of the Grove but that's understandable when the food in the area is so good!

Food was overcooked--actually burned. Seemed like it was leftover from the previous day and reheated. This was true of the chicken cutlet and the breakfast potatoes. The pancakes were dry.

So many items to choose from, so little time.

So many items to choose from, so little time.
However, it takes time to get your food, even though the waiter was eager to take your order.
We ordered a margarita and Hawaiian pizza half and half, super, delish, couldn't been better and we did have room for desert - also a hit too!!

Take your patience with you be calm and you'll have great food.

Thanks for reading.

Ordered pick up from here, they said it would take 20 min, I went exactly on time and they said it wasn t done. I waited another 10-15 min and asked several servers when my wrap would be done, with no response. Finally got my one salmon wrap after 40 mins of waiting.

We held a baby shower at Berries in the Grove and everything was excellent, the service, the food, the ambiance. Lina, the events coordinator, was outstanding with her assistance in the planning and executing of the event. We have only gratitude and praises for Berries in the Grove and its staff!

10/10

My wife and I went to Berries, for the first time ever. We were from out of town and saw they had great reviews online. The ambiance was nice, we enjoyed our food, but our waitress wasn't good at all. I've never not tipped a waitress, but yesterday was my first time. She wasn't consistent, she seemed to be more concerned about another table (she was smiling and over at one table for 10 minutes at a time, which she did 3 to 4 times while we were there), and it took her entirely too long to come get our order, follow up with us to see if we were ok, and to get our check. Although the food was decent, I wouldn't visit this place again. Very unfortunate!!!
