Since the creation of the I.P.I. things have really changed. Serious real estate agents have a lot of respect for the IPI because the non-serious are constantly chased to force them to take a straight and honest path. We support all of IPI's efforts and encourage them to continue. We all know that it sometimes takes a lot of patience, but the main thing is to keep moving in the right direction.

Useless. Complaint filed by a council of co-owners...

Useless. Complaint filed by a council of co-owners in June with the IPI against a trustee in early June. We are mid-sept. The accused syndic has still not responded to the charges brought against him. The IPI is still not taking action and is still giving the trustee additional time to respond to the charges brought against him. More than 3 months that the file is in progress. Hopeless !!

Are you saying there is change? Wholeheartedly, I hope effective, genuine, honest and positive anyway. Do you realize that there are huge improvements to be made in the trustee sector? I encourage you to clean up, to withdraw certain licenses of corrupt trustees, because some verreux trustees do a lot of harm, not only to owners, but also to the sector and to honest trustees, the whole profession! It's serious !!!!! As obviously you only seem to defend the trustees, it is so serious that there it is the Minister in charge who should intervene. We will see what answer we will have. Questions: does an honest trustee in Brussels exist? Does the IPI do anything other than defend the exclusive interests of the trustees? Do all the trustees get black commissions with the construction contractors? Do the co-owners have rights, too? Are the trustees above the law? What improvements and what serious trustees are you talking about? Because if it exists, we are interested, thank you in advance (the stars could possibly go up depending on the answer)

I called the front desk today with a few questions...

I called the front desk today with a few questions as not everything was clear to me when I read the website. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude and anything but helpful! She asked if I had read the website and was clearly disturbed. I just want to report to this person that it is very low to make people feel like they are stupid or asking stupid questions, sometimes people call for some more information because it is not that clear and your job is to speak to these people stand and help what you have not done with me.
